Location is great w plenty of parking. Staff and customer service was on point. Props to Bret? So bad w names lol. Someone who can guide you to making the perfect decision for what ails you. Just be honest. He’s a smart dude. Nice chatting this morning.. Flower is so good i almost don’t want to tell ppl how great the products are!! Best flower I’ve had yet and I’ve been to every dispensary in mass almost. Highly recommend and its my new go to spot for the highest quality flower you can get.. Recommend to anyone and everyone who reads this review. The first time patient discount is also a very helpful money saver just for stopping in and trying some excellent products! See you guys soon and thanks again!

I like that when I walk in it’s always same r employees that know who I am service is hands down the best of sll medical dispensaries in Massachusetts. Their flower is hands down the best. And their product in general is better than any other in area. Highly recommend patients to go to the bots ist

Every time I visit, I have a positive experience. Staff are always kind and friendly. I’ve never been anxious at The Botanist. Their descriptions of their products (including cbd/thc ratio) are always easy for me to understand. Their prices, especially their staff picks are unbeatable. Their staff picks are also not weaker strains or anything you might expect from a discounted product. My favorite strain so far has been bananad’lime, but I’ve never been disappointed by their products.

I love LOVE the Botanist! I will not be going anywhere else . Amazing quality flower, across the board... great strains, tastey, excellent curing! Great staff , everyone's so friendly and attentive. Beautiful store too, and a nice location with PARKING! Probably the best rewards program I've come across too, and always different deals each week and weekly discounted staff picks, these folks are doing it right! This is how I always imagined buying medical marijuana would be. I really can't say enough good things about the Botanist.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere from the first time I came. Edibles can be hard to get sometimes but improving. I just call from time to time to see if they have any. they will let you know when more will be coming. Great people. More relaxed than in others that have recreational

I've been to The Botanist a handful of times now and I must say definitely one of my favorites. Staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention the selection and quality!!! Definitely will be back. I drive over an hour to get here and pass numerous other spots doing so I would say if you haven't been here yet definitely give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!

I’ve visited many dispensary’s in Massachusetts. By far the Botanist is my favorite one. I really appreciate them having multiple strains of flower to choose from. And,the staff treat you like a human being. For some reason every other dispensary has staff full of robots that smile and wave like a pageant contestant’s,and blow steam up your butt. I will drive out of my way to visit this dispensary.

Pros: Beautiful showroom. Great selection. Friendly staff. Ample parking. First time discount was nice. Cons: Packaging is not sealed and ALL of the flower I purchased was bone dry. They carry Sira oil, which is notorious for having issues. Both the oil pen and pod I purchased malfunctioned after a few days.

First things first. STAFF IS AMAZING. Knowledgable, personable, if youre having a down day they some how know how to make it brighter. Dont get me started on the Flower. Mostly ranging the 20%+ range I can say the taste, and smell of their flowers are great! Tried other dispensaries but this place has set the bar HIGH!(Pun intended) Planning on taking my business to this location only.

I love this location, I live the strains, I love the deals you can’t go wrong I would recommend everyone to try the botinist.

I went a few days ago for the first time and everyone was so kind! It’s so beautiful inside and clean! I’m very sick and have a lot of pain and the vape cartridge I got helped me so much! Can’t remember off top of my head but think it’s like fire something? So smooth and potent. I also got a pre roll which I wanted and the girl recommended one and it’s amazkng! It didn’t have the cheap plastic filter it’s rolled in the raw paper. I used to go to a different dispensary but they were always out of medical items! This is definitely my go to place now! Oh and the guy at the window helped me so much! Thx guys!

Everybody there was very friendly. The cashier was very informational and helpful. I will continue to shop here but looking forward for the Leominster location to open since it is closer to me. Hoping that when the Leominster location does open that my experience there is just as pleasant as here.

Stopped by The Botanist on Pullman St Worc for the fist time today. Plenty of parking. Very easy access to the highway. Excellent location. Reception area is biggest out of the other 3 Central Mass Med Dispensaries Ive been to (GoodChem, Cultivate and Curaleaf Oxford). Sales floor is as big as Cultivate's. Very clean. Brighter lighting than GoodChem but not bright like Walmart which is a good thing as I know many migrain sufferers are triggered by bright lights. Big displays with all products all spread throughout the sales area. Receprion was typical for a first patient. 2 page questionaire. Nothing new. Desk workers both were positive and welcoming. Skylar welcomed me with a bright smile and was very well informed on all the products I asked about. She patiently went over the many menu options and never rushed me as i waffled over the many choices. She offered small samples to see up close and smell, a plus in my mind that some places dont do (ya YOU Curaleaf). The menu is much like a nice restraunt with a nice fancy layout and quality paper is a nice touch. Its felt like i was looking at a wine menu. Very easy to read and % breakdowns all listed. Genetics also. Todays menu is a variety of strains from multiple sources. Botanist has its own strains but I was able to get some they wholesale from ACS, CC and others which allowed me to buy Do-si-dos i keep hearing so much about on different forums without having to go to Boston. Prices are slightly higher than GoodChem and Curaleaf but right at the market avg (which is still high due to the demand as Mass just went legal). Flower comes in small plastic jars, not zip lock bags that crush the buds. Great experince over all and wont hesitate to come back.
