The Botanist - Worcester (Med)

For any retail establishment to not post the strain of their product on-line, or on the product label, is a disservice to any potential customer. There are many knowledgable users who would find this information very useful before coming in and shopping at the Botanist.

This is my third or fourth visit here. Everyone is so knowledgeable at this dispensary. I feel like this is the only dispensary who focuses on terpenes and not just the highest THC levels. The budtender I had explained to me what terpenes were and what strains had what terpenes in them. No dispensary has taken the time to do this for me. Just another reason why I keep coming back.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say my first experience was awesome and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I am upset that I don’t have more of the LA Kush Cake because it is incredible and so tasty. The Colorado Chemdog was also on point. Every aspect makes me want to go back for sure!

The Botanist is my favorite dispensary in all of Massachusetts, they have the most reliable and authentic staff. I never thought id have a favorite dispensary, but this is it. The discounts that they offer and their high percentage products keep me coming back and make them better than the rest. Good people and kind weed, not much more you can ask for.

Great first time visit. LA Kush Cake is phenomenal. Frosty Purple terpiness in a well groomed flower. Wish there was more interaction available with the product pre purchase but the layout is great and the product is showcased nicely. Can't wait to go back

The best medical marijuana place in Worcester hands down! The staff always goes above and beyond! Everyone is super polite and helpful! I highly recommend and they take care of veterans!

i got two different testing lilac cookies and the lower testing ones didn't come in boxes but the higher testing one did. just wanna make sure you guys e getting rid of the boxes or something

They didn't give me my discount on my first visit. Being a patient with short term memory problems, I hate to be a pain in the ass but there should be a way that the discount isn't reliant on the patient telling the budtender. There should be somethin in the system that says this patient hasn't been to the location before. Beautiful inside though.

Immediately walking in to the atmosphere and outstanding customer support the Botanist is by far is one of the best dispensaries in the New England area. Highly recommend if you’ve never been to check them out you won’t be disappointed and you’re always leave happy!!

I’ve been to, I think, 14 different dispensaries now. This is my home base. The products are consistent and great. Every single strain is a hit, doesn’t matter what you leave with. Weekly deals, 10$ staff pick and a point rewards system makes the Botanist BY FAR the best bang for your buck. I burn through a lot of flower and, because of this place’s customer oriented business model, I don’t feel I need to worry about not being able to afford what I need.

Everyone is very kind and helpful at both locations. I love the products, my two favorite flower strains would have to be LA Kush Cake and Violet Fog - Violet Fog is new I suggest you go give it a try!

I absolutely love this place!! The Staff is AMAZING , and the product is TOP OF THE LINE. I will be coming to this location for all my future purchases. I recommend you stop by and visit. They have staff picks and the best rewards program. Go Botanist !!!
