Green Cross Cannabis Emporium - South

Not my favorite dispensary but at the same time I don't dislike it. Green Cross has a huge selection of flower, edibles, and a full head shop. It is clean and I love the fresh cedar smell of the building, as well as the great location next to Trader Joe’s. It is a great place to try new strains. As for criticisms, as many others have said the place just feels like a cold moneymaking operation. The Walmart of weed. The bud tenders are not necessarily unfriendly (although some are) but they are not knowledgeable and they just seemed demoralized and on autopilot. I have also received poor quality product here. Everything they sell is in prepackaged plastic envelopes and some of it is clearly out of date. For example, I picked up a gram of Black Domina, which was very expensive, and it was just a dry powder. I emailed the store but never got a response. I also received some purple train wreck that was not in the best condition. To be fair to the place, I purchased the best Harlequin that I have ever had here, but I always approach Green Cross with caution.

By far the best atmosphere you'll find at a dispensary. It's a beautiful showroom. They're a bit pricy but the quality seems worth it. Really wasn't impressed that I needed to pay for the bag to carry my stuff out in though.

I am impressed with this place and each time I go in I leave satisfied. Both Jessica and Chris are always helpful and willing to discuss different strains that work for me. I love getting deal alerts and feel like everyone is on top of everything. This place is the best!

Price increase here is ridiculous. Long wait times at certain times of the day and a small waiting room with limited seating. The transition to recreational has made this place undesirable. They offer Veteran discounts but you have to be under the OMMP program to take advantage of it. I have been going here for some time now and will not be returning after seeing a price increase for certain strains. I can not recommend this place for RECREATIONAL and suggest spending the time and money somewhere else. As for MEDICAL it is a nice small place with a lot to offer... My advice to the shop if you are going to raise prices then have them listed online to avoid confusion. You have Facebook and Leafly has a update section so it should be posted.

quick and convenient with lots of selection!

i have a dispensary less that a block away and i use a walker so that would be the practical strategy to less pain, but its worth the extra steps to go to this one. EVERYTHING from the staff to the products and all in between they desreve their 5 stars lights !

This was my first time ever going to a dispensary. I was really let down. Only 1 employee working and other rude people waiting behind me. They really made me feel pressured to HURRY.... I don't think I would go back unless they had some problems solved

Definitely my fav dispensary in Salem. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is secure and clean. Their selection varies, last time their were over 25 different strains avail. The 6$ pre-rolls are awesome, too.

They are slow and expensive compared to the other dispensaries. They don't put their smell samples in small jars and so you don't get an accurate sniff test. The product was in a sealed bag, and smelled a lot better and was nicer than the smell test jar. I tried Hurkle #3 for my migraines. It works really well. It is a Sativa style cerebral high with anti-anxiety and a soothing effect. It gave me really calm and vivid dreams and it is easy to fall asleep on this variety. It also lets you talk and function "normally", no couch lock here.

The owner came out and shook the customer's hands the day they could sell Recreational. I always get wonderful product and friendly service. The location is so convenient I can run all my errands from one parking lot. :)

very much enjoyed coming in to TLC. I'm a first timer and the gentleman helping us, Dylan, was very patient, nice, considerate, passionate, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back and trying more of their product.
