It's a little off the beaten path, but what an amiable, and welcoming dispensary. Yes, it is in someone's basement, but that doesn't ruin the mood. They have a great selection, and the budtenders are really helpful and easygoing. It's refreshing to find a dispensary that will genuinely take the time to talk with you about a strain instead of rush you out the door. Will be back again!

I liked it's obscurity and good prices and the staff has always been very pleasant to me. but as time has passed the quality has dropped significant. stopped coming here as often. hoping someday they'll make a comeback. you can do it, y'all.

A little weird when you first walk in. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Bud was nice. Prices reasonable. Overall decent experience. Definitely doesn't have the "glitz" of some other places which isn't a tragedy.

didnt care for this location they were very disorganized and break apart your flower if its like .2 over very stingy. many other places will give you the bug instead of breaking it up. small selection too.

Exceptional service from Kryztofur bud tender here at top hat express. Outgoing, upbeat, full of energy humor and knowledge!! Extremely helpful, and patient.

the shop is small, but there is a superb staff that awaits to help you. For there oz prices, mix and match your strains in the same price bracket, so awesome. 😁

Top hat is great always great service and since owners have switched the store 100x better. I really hope more people in milwaukie discover this place as the have focus on our community!

I really can't say enough about this place. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. There are other shops close by that are so rude if you have questions but Top Hat staff really go out of their way to help you find the answers you need... even if it's a ridiculous question. This is the ONLY place I shop and I send everyone who will listen there.

98% of the employees deserve 5 stars, the owner most of all, most (51%) of the cheap/on sale loose flower/pre-roll are 4-5 star but almost as often is too dry/harsh, & the environment can come off as unprofessional, or even cheap, but they're great folks who need more local support if they can ever upgrade their facility&I'm sure they could/would do a 5 star job, once they have enough additional support to build a profit.

I love the staff here. They always make my day better when I see their friendly faces. They have a great selection of WHO? cartridges with a huge selection. Always extremely cheap prices for great bud. The owner has to be one of the nicest people ever.

I went in for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. They seemed very knowledgeable about their products and the effects and gave me a great recommendation.

The weed is so full of stems they should rename this place Sherwood Forrest. Just crap pot. Prices are good because the weed is garbage. Go to any other place.

First time in I wasn't sure what to think, but after entering I realised this is an awesomely unique shop. " A diamond in the rough". Among the high priced outfits out there, this facility has managed to keep their prices much lower than most for excellent quality (dawgwalker, slhaze, Sky goo), great selection, their atmosphere pleasant, and their staff professional and courteous. Well done to the staff for being so knowledgeable and accommodating my wants. I would highly recommend this place, product, and staff to all for their professional family ran business and their sweet Portland vibe! I will be a regular customer. Cheers!

Walking in to the building i thought i was in the wrong place, just because of how it looked.... the staff was nice but the stuff i bought wasn't up to par.

Not the biggest dispensary you'll ever go to but don't let that deter you. Solid employees, always friendly and laid back. Great place to go for glassware, cool pipes at good prices.
