My first visit and I received and song and dance from receptionist/bud tender.They quickly had me in the back. Product was ready and waiting. Asia took amazing care of me 25% OFF and a snap back!

Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and very patient explaining the products and helping me find the best fit. I have always been greeted in a friendly manner and given all the time I need to make a decision and ask questions. I love the community outreach events that Trilogy sponsors and that is one of the reasons that I exclusively use this dispensary.

I like the option of pre ordering. I liked the ease of using the order site. I liked the options of products offered. I liked the fact the parking was convenient. I liked using loyalty points to offset purchasing prices. I did not care for the wait time after pre ordering and arriving, thirty- two minutes. The attendants do not give priority attention to you as a pre ordering client. Four employees were running back and forth in front of the six customers wearing nose/ mouth masks , all with impatient postures. Better luck wished for readers.

Very good people work here as they are always friendly and professional. Great experience ordering online with a pre-order through Leafly. Text message and emails with specials are appreciated. Prices are very competitive with other dispensaries and Trilogy’s product selection/variety is better than most. Lastly, these Folks have a very strong rewards program that You can use/redeem in conjunction with other specials as applicable. This is now my go to dispensary in MD!

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to their products. I have never had a bad experience at this location. It is nice to see smiling faces when you walk in the door. Great atmosphere!

I drive out of my way to go here. The staff is so warm and friendly. They have excellent specials and incorporate helping the community into their rotation of deals. They have a decent selection. I highly recommend.

I find the service and selection is very good. Their pricing is also very competitive. Last time I was in I was helped by Travis, he was very helpful and friendly. The product he recommended was great.

This was my first visit, this dispensary was recommended by a family member. Kenrick ( hope I spelled it right) was awesome, he gave me a lot of information and I got great flower and edibles! This dispensary ranks high for me!!!☺️

Today is the second time that I have ordered ahead, arrived & called for curbside service, then waited and watched while patients arrived after me, went in, got service, then left before anyone ever came out to me. The employees are nice, but the service is awful.

Great staff, good prices, great selection of strains, and dog friendly! One of my favorite dispensaries! ~Would be nice if staff were permitted to accept cash tips though… They definitely deserve it.

Love Trilogy. Everyone is very happy and helpful. They are very knowledgeable. Good selection. My favorite is Afternoon Delight. You get a head high very quickly then tingly all over. You can still function your not a couch potato. This flower is hard to find so I stock up when it's available. Someone starting out should try just a little as it packs a punch. Would definitely recommend it.
