Great products! but” rude staff. My bud tender or whatever was VERY impatient with me. asked if I knew the store closed in a few minutes.........That was the FIRST and LAST time I’ll be made to feel like an inconvenience as A CUSTOMER......it’s called customer SERVICE. You’re here to SERVE me when you’re OPEN for business.

This is my routine dispensary, very nice environment, all the associates are very professional and friendly. I like all associates but Sabrina is awesome, I love her attitude, very attentive, fun but in a professional way, and always give exceptional customer service.

Trilogy offers great deals everyday and convenient store hours. I was impressed that during my first visit they were running a charity drive for animal supplies that doubled as a rewards program for patients. I also love the mom & pop feel of Trilogy - you really feel like your contributing to the Ellicott City community!

Well always well informed staff and more inviting than corporate dispensaries by far they take their time and dont mind explaining the medical benefits and uses over wide variety also quality only no garbage here ever! Flower always fresh new batches constantly love em.

I think all the staff at Trilogy are super helpful and very knowledgeable. I go back there time and time again, out of all the dispensaries around , because of the pricing and the people. Shawn, dude with the long black hair that looks like he used to play in Pantera. - awesome and always very helpful. Adam, the dude who looks like the love child of Shaggy from Scooby Doo and a happy leprechaun. - knows what I like and helps me get my best value each time I shop. Great people.

This was my third visit to this particular location. In the past I have always felt the positivity exuding out of budtender Kedrick in particular. Not on this visit. The entire staff seemed a bit beaten down by the day. The desk attendant made sure to call me for the pick up order I placed online after quite the wait in the lobby. I imagine they ran into a problem once again with my name as it appeared on the order versus the name on my state issue I.D. This depending on the dispensary (Releaf, Mana Supply Middle River and Triology Wellness) always seems to delay my online purchasing process but you know Trilogy was advertising the Monogram for $40 if you purchased ahead so I had no choice but to pay the additional $10 or place an online order under my “stage name”. The attendant at the desk made sure to call me for the order by only my first name as again it matched the name on my state issued I.D. I approached bud tender “A” exuberantly which may have been a bit overwhelming after 7 on a Saturday night. “A” confirmed the order and asked if I wanted anything else. I inquired about any new topicals that might have come to market as I was really into things like that. “A” ran down what they were offering. Nothing new so I went with Dr. Solomons Unwind lotion. I then asked about a type of Betty’s Edibles that were advertised to get one in the mood for intimacy. “A” went to look through the selection as another bud tender was passing and overhearing our interaction. This bud tender quickly proclaimed “Smashin’ Passion’! That was it! I appreciated the attentiveness of this additional floor assistant to help both myself and “A” in our transaction. Finally after being fully tendered out I inquired about savings patients were eligible for upon their third visit. “A” knew exactly what I wad referring to and added the savings to the order. I saved a total of $34 on the entire order and left the dispensary feeling terrible for the staff there. They just seemed in a severe funk and I was sincerely hoping my attitude wasn’t negatively impacting the remainder of their night. S/O to that other bud tender who helped us out again and to Kedrick for being a complete LEGEND and “A” for putting up with my zeal for living well!

Michael is one of my favorites but everyone there is awesome, my dog loves going with me and saying hi to everyone. They always have good choices , great prices and friendly people
