Listen, some of the reviews below have issues with things unrelated to the actual establishment and maybe need to check their privilege, understand laws for weed and alcohol are different, stop projecting you’re own insecurity and issues onto others and if you don’t like the product you best be also contacting the grower. Anyways. They’re always cool, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Maybe some below don’t like when their energy is matched and people don’t get paid to be treated like dirt.

I entered the store. Being almost 60 years of age. They wanted to ID me. I told them no. They told me "It's the LAW!" As I read the law. They are not required to ask. The only thing said is if the person trying to purchase looks to be under the age of 21 then they are by law allowed to ask to see ID. Me being in my late 50's and looks like it. This request for ID is unnecessary intrusive into my person, papers, and effects. With no valid reason. What is called (Violation of the spirit of the law) Undue burden on personal information. What I ended up with was the store clerk yelling at me in front of all the employees and patrons. "It's the LAW, You should be flattered I asked" I am not flattered to be called a wet behind the ears 20 year old. Nor was I flattered at the infringement on my personal information. I have never been more rudely treated. I tried calling them to discuss this issue. There is no answer. I have to give Tru Greenthumb an -F. This is a sad outcome. They had always been great on my other visits. I then went to a store and asked what their training is on alcohol purchases. I was told our training is not to ID anyone that is 30 or over. I thought it would be 35, but close enough. This was a national brand store.

First time visit after moving to the area. Best prices around and good staff.

I always enjoy visiting here. Prices are good, staff knowledgeable, and I can find what I need. Thank you
