twice now I have come here for an online order, that has been confirmed ready for pickup & twice have they tried to switch it with lower grade product because they ran out of stock, of which was ordered. Do not bait me and ask "this is what you ordered right?" you clearly know your out of the product of what I ordered and just wanted to get me in the store. take a look at all the responses from the reps for the 1 star complaints of this place....customer service is not a worry here and I will definitely not be coming back after being treated horribly by the onsite rep. there are many other clinic / dispensaries out here & i recommend going to any other before trubliss. I have been going here solid for a year and a half but will be switching clinics.

I’ve been a happy loyal customer for a while now and have been very happy until today, I usually take my dog to the park for exercise and I swing by to pick up my order, now take it my dog is restrained in seat belt windows halfway up can’t get out or hurt anyone but this angry woman pulls up next to me already yelling into her phone and angry gets out of her car and my dog barks at her and scares her. Then comes in yelling…who’s dog is that outside? It scared me! Then as I was leaving I was told I can’t bring my dog anymore. There are so many other dispensaries around that I will take my business elsewhere, I won’t take my dog but I won’t be coming back here again

Receptionists kind of have an attitude towards other women. not surprising for young ladies, but the main problem here is flower. All flower is labeled without thc% and all looks and tastes identical, at least the three "different" 1/8ths of premium flower I bought a few days ago. Very disappointed, won't be returning.

Lost my business for good selling over priced garbage products. Your management team is incompetent with a major attitude problem.

ordered at 545pm through superb app for delivery. 830 still no delivery....excuse was a bunch of deliveries came in after yours so the driver has a lot of deliveries, shouldn't I have still been one of the first? just sayin

Great dispensary. I love the new building, many more people can sit in large waiting room . Staff is great and quality flower . Never a long wait .

Regis place has turned into a joke ..... use to love coming here for the short wait times and the quality products with quality selections..... just came here and received the worst service ever .... these people should be ashamed of how they treat people within the community..... I’ll never be back here again thanks for treating veterans like crap

to the person who put in an order 10 minutes before closing. you shouldve just placed an order the next morning. also there is no such thing as a "restocking" fee and seeing as how you pay cash, at the store, how would they "charge" you? and it very clearly states on the deals page that online orders must be pickes up within 3 hours. dont write bad reviews because you werent smart enough to pay attention

This place is great!! Went for the first time today. Very accommodating staff and a really inviting atmosphere. I didn't wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen! The budtender Cole was knowledgeable and a super nice guy! He helped me pick out a few different strains, and they all ended up having really distinct flavor profile. The flower is fresh and everyone was so nice! Thanks trubliss!

One of my favorites I’ve been to so far!

Definitely not the best quality of flower. All strains smell the same. Would not recommend. I tried 3 strains from all tiers and they all should be on the bottom tier and sell as value flower nothing seems to be top shelf or premium. Bud tender could not explain the strains all he could say is “it’s all top quality weed” What a joke why do you have tiers of pricing then? Do not recommend there is a great place 15 minuets south of here that only carries fire flower.

Not a hater by any means I still dropped over a 100 with you guys but to be real the “top shelf” flower is terrible only thing that’s worth buying is the grow Science n drip products bro who served me up didn’t kno much bout the flowers n kept tryna sell my boy over n over on some shatter with lil attitude in between definitely not a place I’d recommend to anyone who’s a true connoisseur of clean quality fire meds

overpriced to the max. if you go here and like it then you're a moron. cheaper everywhere else for the same shit.
