Regis place has turned into a joke ..... use to love coming here for the short wait times and the quality products with quality selections..... just came here and received the worst service ever .... these people should be ashamed of how they treat people within the community..... I’ll never be back here again thanks for treating veterans like crap

I order glorious extract gg #4 with bubba they tried to just slip another strain in hoping I wouldn't notice. now I'm told I have to waste more gas to get my money back. no compensation for there mistake not even a I'm sorry. covid is no excuse, customer service is just horrible now.

Great dispensary. I love the new building, many more people can sit in large waiting room . Staff is great and quality flower . Never a long wait .

Love the flower selection, and the office is great. Usually I don’t have issues but today was different. My bud tender Megan was very rude. She practically scolded me when I asked about the specials and said I am not allowed to participate in specials because I receive a Vet discount . I understand not stacking deals, but I have always participated in the raffle and never had an issue-even won once. . She didn’t allow me to participate in the raffle because I only purchased an 1/8th. Also would not provide the fuel discount that always applied to my order due to the distance I travel. Lastly, when I asked about strains, she wasn’t helpful and seemed to be in a rush. Honestly I’m not happy with my experience today. I’ve enjoyed just about everyone at this dispensary ever since they opened at their previous location. This was my first time having an issue at this dispensary and it wasn’t related to their selection; just one bad apple. It very well may be the reason I don’t go back.

to the person who put in an order 10 minutes before closing. you shouldve just placed an order the next morning. also there is no such thing as a "restocking" fee and seeing as how you pay cash, at the store, how would they "charge" you? and it very clearly states on the deals page that online orders must be pickes up within 3 hours. dont write bad reviews because you werent smart enough to pay attention

They wait till you get there to make up your pre-ordered product. Pre-order takes the same amount of time as if you are a walk in. Even if you get a text 2 hours before saying your order is complete. Other places care more for their patients. Nature's Medicines is by far cheapest with best product and same distance.

Front woman was rude and non-caring. Prices were higher. They do have some products that are hard to find elsewhere. That’s the only reason I would return.

I overall always have a good experience except when I place pick up orders. Tonight I experienced a techical error where my leafy order did not go through. Went in to pick it up and had to re put my order together, unfortunately my budtender grabbed some of the wrong cartridges and I was given something different than what I asked for. Trying to be understanding but next time I go I'm asking for the manager. There better be a kick back for my inconvieniance and wasted money because I hate your no refund policy.

This place is a pretty decent location, with a good selection. prices can be a little high, but with two separate days of the week that are devoted to concentrates that helps a lot. Also, this place would have a perfect score but there's one particular budtender that puts off this annoyed vibe... Other people have said the same thing. He can just make you feel rushed and it's lame. Every other budtender there has been super friendly and helpful. I really enjoy coming here and it's the one place that I've visited on more than 2 occasions. Also, why does it seem like every single dispensary on Earth got together and decided to boycott updating their Leafly menus??? This dispensary was great prior to starting recreational sales. Now, the shelves are bare and they have almost no selection left. Pass if you've got a medical card and don't expect much if you're buying recreational. On the plus side, they are quick getting people in and out and the facility is nice.

Sour Larry Lime Pebbles 🔥 Atmosphere is cool. Def has high quality flower on 45$ strains. Only improvement is to get rid of High Buddy Organics I've tried them several times and they are merely fancy tobacco and should be sold at a smoke shop. The pre roll is 🗑. Wish i could've picked my free pre roll. But other than that i would recommend.

This dispensary has the worst customer service, the person at the door told me take my ass somewhere else. After I already drove there from Avondale. Then even tried to step to my husband which didn’t end up well. From the time I tried to order to actually getting my order I was there almost 3 hrs. I will never come to this place again or recommend anyone going there. I am a patient who there to get my meds, to be treated the way I was treat lost my service for life. First and last time

I have been going to this dispensary for the last three years. They recently moved to a new location, and since they moved it has gone all downhill. They used to have some very compelling specials (on Friday’s one free gram for every $50 spent). They have changed that, so there’s not much of an incentive anymore. Their new staff is unfriendly, “get to the point”, and act as though I am wasting their time. They’ve also gone to a strict order ahead policy due to COVID-19, and while I absolutely LOVE ordering ahead and picking up, their product descriptions online are terrible. It’s impossible to know which is Indica vs Sativa vs Hybrid, and they don’t post the THC percentages like they do in the store. Additionally, all of their flower is old and is not fresh. I picked up an ounce of flower last night (5/1) and it was in a pre-packaged bottle (this is new - they used to package it themselves) and the harvest date is 3/24, well over a month ago. I used to go here for the friendly service and great deals (even though their flower was not the freshest, it was worth it for the low prices), but since they no longer are friendly nor do they have great deals, I’m going somewhere else.

The bud tender suggestions are crap to sell the trash, please don’t buy QUESOGOOD. It was bunk and it’s taste like home grown reggie with absolutely no effects. Totally wasted my money. Please don’t make suggestions.
