Trulieve - Clearwater

I was impressed with staff and information given about products. I purchased 3 different products and so far very pleased with service, products and information however prices are a little high. I will check around for different pricing.

This is the greatest dispensary in the area. The staff are courteous, fun, and knowledgeable. Let's face it... I pass 4 other dispensary to get to Trulieve Clearwater... and the reason is because of the staff. Product is product... however, good service is hard to find (in ANY industry).

Love this store. Great service.Friendly staff. Last week saw Ashlyn and today worked with Raven.Everyone there is knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things. Also Morgan has also been very helpful.

Trulieve is my go to store, that said, I did not expect the recent "Goat Rope" during the lead up to 4/20. Lines out the door, no place for the disabled to park outside or sit inside. Standing room only, at least an hour wait, shortage of product on the specified day. It's not usually like this, hopefully the problem is only temporary. The flower products are superb but the prices are outrageous - Tony Soprano must be getting his cut for sure. And what's with all that wasteful packaging just to get to the product inside? The staff is awesome but harried lately instead of their normal selves.

Trulieve was the main MMTC I visited when I first got my card. They offer a huge selection of products, most of which I’ve really enjoyed. Their stock is usually pretty good, though certain products and strains go through major droughts. Their service has always been outstanding, and the Clearwater staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch. I always look forward to stopping in to see what is available and am always treated well! Highly recommended!

It’s getting better but it can get kind of tense when lines get long & some people don’t quite understand the process yet but the staff are nice and knowledgeable and on a good day, I can be in and out in 20 mins.

Trulieve has the best concentrates

I put in orders online and have NEVER, in almost 3 years, walked into ANY of the trulieve dispensaries without waiting for at least 10 minutes... even if I'm the only person there ! Ridiculous and mostly annoying as hell...WHY are they the ONLY place where you're forced to sit in a waiting room ? This last visit, yesterday, was the worst experience yet; I put in an order for an eighth of flower at 7:44AM, got the confirmation, at 9:44AM got the text and email that my order is ready to pickup. I arrived at 11:00AM and was told the computer system was down..."could be 5 minutes or 3 hours" and to come back later. I don't live around the corner from this location. I went back at 3:00PM and guess what ???? They did not have the flower I had ordered !!! WTF people??? The guy helping me wasn't at all compassionate, in fact he was pretty rude, and just shrugged and said "yeah, it happens" not any suggestions for a different strain or any solution at all ! I was very annoyed by the whole run around and used the word "shit" in one of my comments to express my annoyance...he said "thanks for the language and you have a very nice day" what a rude-ass, condescending little twit ,STEVE !!!! Some of their MANAGERS have used the F-bomb like they're at home !!! I'm 70 years old and I expect, AT LEAST, a certain amount of respect and AT LEAST, a certain amount of compassion...got neither at the gulf to bay location and won't be going back there. Spread the word people ! * not the first derogatory encounter at trulieve and I KNOW I'm not the only one. Their stocks are on the way DOWN, not a surprise. Heads up folks

Made an order online. Found out upon arrival, that’s pointless. After waiting to check in, I was advised my wait time is 85 minutes. First time here and will not be returning. I’ll stick to surterra.

No shatter or wax for clearwater/palm harbor on multiple visits. Super annoying

I was having trouble with some of the strains adding pain to my L foot due to Neuropathy and had need to make some exchanges to try different things. NEVER A PROBLEM!!! I had no idea that since my last visit, Alexis had been doing some book research on what strains could help my problem. I went in 2 days ago and was referred to her for my problem. She was like, "I remember you! I found some help for you!!!" She made me cry. Well, 2 days on the new strain and so far, so good~no swelling and pain is much resolved. I am so thankful and pleased that she cared enough to do the research on my condition to help me. All of the employees really care. Great place! 5 Stars!!
