The quality of medicine and the knowledgeable staff is second to none. I have visited other dispensaries when on vacation and I am always so happy to come home to Trulieve!

I had a terrible first experience here. I didn't realize how bad it was until visiting a competitor yesterday. My budtender was pompous and bullied me into buying a battery by saying that if I got caught without a battery that displays the "trulieve" logo that is paraphenalia and 30 days in the clinker. I also realized how lacking in quality the vape cartridges are compared to closest competitor. I would strongly advise against this location based on this unfortunate experience and lackluster product.

Staff is very helpful and they know what they are talking about. Plus they take great care of veterans. My first time was painless and I felt like I was in good hands with the staff.

I am in awe of this location (clearwater, fl)....I drive further to go to this location because all of the employees there have all been polite, caring, clean, prompt....there is no gossiping of customers like at other locations...this location always greets you and make the entire atmosphere calm and friendly!! I am sorry if i leave out any employees I have dealt with but for now...thank you so much to Amanda and Ada ...super helpful and always friendly...i never feel rushed and i never get a negative attitude or vibe from the employees or facility....they always address my concerns or any questions i have without giving me an attitude or make me feel as if i am dumb!!...thank you so much for taking care of us patients in the way people should be treated...like we are all equal!!

Was about a 15 min wait and with everything going on and 420 they have been super busy so super efficient! Ava was the best! I got crown chakra, unicorn cush, green crack and reggae cowboy which were all amazing, fresh and BIG buds. All weighed over a bit as well I got an amazing 420 shirt and I am so so happy 💚💚💚💚💚

I LOVE this place ALL the staff have been very nice to deal with (unless you like pineapple on your pizza.... inside joke for the staff there) and their showroom is ALWAYS clean and well kept. My ONLY gripes are and this is for most Truelieve locations: 1) Limited strains available depending on the platform you consume like shatter or pods. 2) They're almost always out of shatter and when they do get some in it's usually gone within hours and it takes a week before they MIGHT get some in. Other than those 2 things I have nothing but good to say about the store and the company and I refer as many people as I can to them and ALL have been well satisfied with their purchases. I just wish ALL dispensaries would list the actual strain they use in their products like Truelieve does.

Trulieve is one of only two dispensaries that offer crumble or shatter. This is the only reason that I did patronize Truelieve. Their prices are outrageous, double black market prices. Their website and online order process is a joke. Every time I would place an order the item I want is out of stock statewide. Yet when I pick up my order the person next to me, who walks in is picking out what I originally wanted. So I stopped placing online orders which adds an hour to my wait time. If I didn't, I would not have been able to get the Northern Hashplant, Skywalker, Lemon O.G. crumble, or the White Buffalo shatter. On my last 3 visits the person behind the counter flat out refused to show me what they actually had in stock. The last guy got really angry with me for asking. Sorry that I have a severe learning disability Trulieve, and can't comprehend your inventory when your angry staff member rambles them off. It appears that the staff likes to hold certain items for themselves. I would never recomend Trulieve to anybody for flower. If you want quality flower Liberty Health Services has reasonable prices ($28.00 1/8th's) free delivery statewide. Trulieve could learn a thing or two. The education mode of the employees of Trulieve is primarily focused on the gimmicky part of the industry.

I have been visiting this location for years & always been pleased. Recently Eric R provided me with amazing service, despite the fact that their computers were down. He really went above & beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met quickly & accurately, despite the technical challenges. His positive attitude & quality customer service were unmatched by anything I have experienced before.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was set up with Adolfo where he assisted me in my purchase. He was very knowledgable and honest about each product and it's quality. He presented himself with a smile and was a joy to talk with. He is an excellent employee and I hope to purchase with him again soon!

Trulieve Clearwater is amazing. Staff is always friendly and professional. Most recently I dealt with Ada and she was simply delightful. I'm continually impressed with Trulieve and their staff. I use them exclusively.

The 1 star for quality is because I can't review the quality due to my last few online orders not being filled at the Clearwater Location; instead I get a call by Andrew every week telling me they don't have my order. The 1 star for service is because not only do they not have my order on a weekly basis, but Andrew doesn't even offer anything to make up for their inability to control their inventory. The 1 star for atmosphere is because I have no need to go into this location when I receive weekly calls from Andrew telling me he doesn't have my order; so I have no need to go to the Clearwater Location. This is like CVS calling me weekly to tell me they don't have my insulin for my type 1 diabetes or my Zenpep I need as a result of my Pancreatic Cancer. This medicine is very important and should not be messed up. If you cant control inventory you shouldn't be in a position that requires inventory control. I will not return to this location.

Wonderful people. I am a Trulieve customer at the New Port Richey store and I work down in Clearwater on Sundays. I get off work at 4:30pm and thought for sure I would be frowned at for walking in the door at 10 mins until close. Nope. Instead I was met with great conversation and all needs met in a non rushed manner, friendly and timely manner. I'll be back for sure.

Recently visited. Staff is friendly. Service is very slow and inconsistent. Online orders save on time but they do not update their website and it’s a toss up if you get a call to tell you that they do not have your product in. Very frustrating to say the least. Whomever runs Trulieve is not focused on customer service.

I was impressed with staff and information given about products. I purchased 3 different products and so far very pleased with service, products and information however prices are a little high. I will check around for different pricing.
