Trulieve - Dunedin

I had the great pleasure in meeting and talking to Toni, she is very sweet and nice. We had a great talk about how amazing this is for people like us and how we can finally feel normal in our own skin. Thank you Toni stay safe and my our paths cross again, till then see you later

Fantastic, great help, great employees, couldn't find a better dispensary

Last time I came in as a walk in to pick up a TruPod. The consultant I had immediately starts reading off what is in the drawer and the percentages. That's not why I came into the dispensary that day. I came in to get a cart to help me with chronic pain and issues with Crohn's disease. I did not feel heard. If anything I feel like I was treated like a person who uses marijuana for a non medical reason. It made me feel extremely judged and like I needed to justify myself to the consultant. I didn't feel heard. I felt like I was just another number to help boost the overall sales for the day. Extremely unprofessional. Please educate your staff better. Not to mention the consultant was also a member of management.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly here. Knowledgeable people who want to make sure we have exactly what we need. Clean place, covid responsible. I highly recommend this establishment.

Rebekah and Jayden were AMAZING!! Great fast and friendly service! in and out 5 mins tops. answered all my questions completely and thoroughly!!!!

Visited the new Dunedin location to pick up an order of minis. As I've come to expect with Trulieve, the staff was friendly and helpful. Apparently there was a special going on, so I modified my order. I'd like to especially thank Anastasia and Emily who helped me pick out strains. I have a few new ones to try, but I feel pretty confident they'll be good ones thanks to them!

I can't begin to express how much I really appreciate that we have a Trulieve in Dunedin. But that's just one of the many reasons for this review. The service is perfect...every visit, as well as the quality of products and professionalism. I just hope they keep the current cycle of staff, here...in Dunedin. Kia is an absolute star and her coworkers as well. Her [Kia] expertise, proficiency about products and effects, made me feel so at ease, and she caps it all of that, with a wonderful smile. Such a pleasure to patron there.
