Had a bit of a waiting issue at check in but Evan turned the experience around, the best bud tender at Trulieve Fort Lauderdale

The weed was good but the main reason I shop here again is because such good service staff was very friendly, especially Laurence He help me out tremendously… I will be back

Trulieve getting 1 star all because of 1 person. JUAN THE SO CALLED “manager” IS THE MOST IGNORANT AND RUDE EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I’ve been coming to the store for over a year and every employee and manager has been fantastic, except for today when I met Juan. I placed an order last Thursday when they were having a sale and they never sent me a completed order text or email, for me to pick up within the 24 hours..I called the mainline, spoke to an operator and they said I would have to go in the store as she sees nothing on her end that would cause them not to fill my order on time. I did that but the sale ended the day before when I should have gotten conf to pick up. it was their mistake they didn’t fill my order , they admitted that but JUAN DECIDED NOT TO honor the DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE COMPANIES MISTAKE. Is this how Trulieve trains their managers to treat customers? He also walked away from me when In the middle of my questions bc he knew he was wrong and was so incredibly rude, even the cashier apologized to me for his behavior. TRULIEVE OWNERS…. Are your managers supposed to treat loyal customers with absolute disrespect? IF ITS THE COMPANY THAT MADE THE MISTAKE SHOULDN'T YOUR MANAGER ACKNOWLEDGE AND FIX IT FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS Or are they instructed to treat us with complete disrespect and ignorance with a response of “oh well” when a mistake is made ? THE “MANAGER” Juan At Trulieve: 40th terrace in ft Lauderdale is ignorant, rude and clueless on customer service. I will be voicing my concerns on all other platforms until someone explains to me how I can be treated with such disrespect .

Gonna keep reposting until MORE people see this: This will be the LAST TIME I ever set foot in this ghetto-ass hoodlum establishment. Wasted an hour waiting for exchanges just to be told, "We don't accept expired products." I worked at the Trulieve in Tamarac and absolutely HATED doing returns because ANYONE could come in with a jar, even half empty, and get more flower or other product for free; mine were ALL SEALED and NEVER BEEN TOUCHED!!!!! They would give me an attitude if they didn't get their return, even if the products were expired. It's a damn shame most HARD-WORKING Americans have to go through these establishments just to get their medicine, especially with NO MORE armed security to protect REAL MEDICAL PATIENTS from any ghetto-ass hoodlum criminals that come in acting like they own the place. Do y'all yourself a favor and go to a different dispensary where it's safe and clean, plus doesn't introduce any new stupid policies to find out once you ONLY get there.

All of the customer service representatives are 10/10 never have had a bad experience. My favorite employee is Anthony. Always super knowledgeable and kind! Will be returning no doubt!

It was my 1st time since getting my approval so I came in with a lot of questions. Dean M. was very knowledgeable and patient with me answering all my questions and showing me all the options. I had a great experience! It was crowded in the waiting room but the wait was not long at all. The Ft Lauderdale location is clean and everyone was pleasant and attentive. I will be back! Dean M. has a new client for sure!

Dean assisted me when I came in on this particular day. He was really informative and very easy to chat with about my ailments and the recommended product. All his suggestions were really great. I will def be by again, the whole team there is great!

Joe helped me out and he was so helpful. Informative, knowledgeable, sensitive to my needs, pleasant, great attitude, and I will definitely return to be assisted by Joe. Evan also helped out and he too was very attentive to my needs.

Best location for great customer service!! Went in for a few items and Dakota was super helpful in educating us in the delta 8 ratio products, great help with decreasing my anxiety when I medicate..10/10 would recommend this store in the future!!

I was a new patient today and everyone was so helpful. From the agent when I called before visiting, to the receptionist to the Budtender, Hurtz, who helped me and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat customer here!

This is my favorite Trulieve location. The service and product are both spectacular. Five stars is not enough! Both Johnny and Evan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to this dispensary.

Staff.. that’s what differentiates one Trulieve store from another. Lead by store manager Tre up front, overseeing the gang, there are too many good folks to name w/ out lraving multiple out. So other than Tre gotta show love to my guy Dean.. Dean is a man Trulieve needs to focus their attention on retaining long term. Hes someone the company should look at as an asset and ask themselves what they plan to do to keep him. I appreciate him so incredibly much for looking after my elderly mother today - he first day out of bed after her heart surgery last week. They were sold out of the product she wanted and as she was walking out he called her name and she’s been on cloud nine since. Somehow thinks I had something to do with it but I keep telling her it’s just really good people over at that location. So even though the team already knows I got lice for them all there, he handed her a review card so it’s the least I can do after helping my mom out! Thank you all! Blessings 100

This is my go to, it’s around the corner from my house. Although it’s in second for my favorite dispensaries but but! I will give it this the quality is always on point, and for all purposes medical they always have what you need for your’ ailments. All the tenders are great, the only ones who aren’t so knowledgeable. You’ll notice it’s like there first week, come back in two weeks and there like a professor lol so all around price and quality match up just fine. What more can you ask for.

Even through Covid-19. They make it super easy to get your medication. Staff was friendly from the Security to the worker standing by the door. Thank you!
