I love that they always have the products I need unlike curaleaf, the customer service is always outstanding, always happy to see you, they're a great crew, and thank you Donald for helping me.

Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

Trulieve as a company has its issues. From my experience, Tarpon Springs Trulieve is an exception. I live in Pinellas Park, aprox. 30 miles from the Tarpon Springs location. I have 4 Trulieve dispensaries closer to me. They all have issues that keep me away, so many other dispensaries to choose from in the Tampa Bay area, especially if you do not mind a half hour drive, one way. I have found my way to the Tarpon Springs location twice now, because it always has product available. Well this time, I bought my friend with me, she just got her card and is so excited. Lori L gave her fantastic and attentive service while Matt and Orlando dealt with my personality in a pleasant and professional way. The best thing that made my day was seeing my friend smile because she was treated so well. Thank you Lori L. Tarpon Springs is my go to Trulieve for the foreseeable future

First time to Tarpon Springs Disp! I live 2 miles! Awesome place and People are Awesome also!!! Nick waited on me and just a really nice guy it was like you have known him forever! I told him to pick 2 pre rolls for me and the Lemon Tree is soooo good! Thanks Nick!

Absolutely terrible service. Dispensary associate rolled her eyes at me when I asked about points discounts. She said it showed a balance of 0 and there's nothing she can do (I made a $517 purchase 2 months ago with no purchases since then, so should have had at least 517 points). I listed the things that she could do, like look into my order history and re-read the points policy. She muttered under her breath and when asked about what she said, she stated "it's just funny." I asked her what was funny and didn't get a straight answer. The General Manager then came over and threatened to call the cops on me for being rude to his associate and refused me service. I never raised my voice, swore, or did anything other than inquire about points and ask them questions about the policy in an attempt to demonstrate that I should have had enough for a discount. To have someone threaten to call the cops based on that felt isolating and like they didn't care at all. I left and am never coming back.

What an absolute fantastic experience it was visiting your Tarpon Springs store, HECTUR my consultant, had listened to all of my concerns and questions, then proceeded to educate me on the products available for me, his professionalism and product knowledge was impeccable!!

My experiences at Trulieve are always a pleasant, affordable and professional experience. I am currently on a very fixed income but still need my medical marijuana for my conditions. I love the convienence of pre-ordering on-line it expedites your transaction. I recommend utilizing their on-line pre-order and signing up for their text alerts. You find out all of the events that are going on. My last experience was even more beneficial for both my health and my financial limitations at this time. My Customer Service Representative Nora at the Tarpon Springs location is an absolute life saver. Nora went above and beyond to try her very best to meet my medical and financial needs. I asked if there was any Ground available and not only did she check the counters but she went in the back to discuss it with the manager on duty. And like a miracle - they were able to fulfill my order. I was beaming. Thank you Trulieve and Thank you to Nora! You Rock! Thank you for going above and beyond to help a patient in need.

Every time I come in everyone is wonderful. From the front door staff to the people in the back everyone is amazing. The first time I came in I had a massive migraine and no idea how to help myself. They recommended me a perfect routine that I can still function with. Tonight Nicole helped me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! My almost birthday twin! She also made sure I knew everything I needed to about the current deals and promos. Super helpful! As always, it was a pleasure visiting!

I had a great experience with my Patient Consultant Kimmy. She was knowledgeable and shared valuable information with me in a courteous and professional manner. This was a first time visit to Tarpon Springs store. It won't be my last even though there is a store nearer to my house. I appreciate how large, clean, bright, and covid prevention practices are at this location. Add friendly greetings and staff and this is a great experience.
