This place has turned to complete trash ! From inventory, to staff , to the website never being accurate with inventory to it taking over 14 hours for a Togo order. I use to spend at least 400$ a week here and will not step foot into this place ever again ! Thank god for muv just opening and surterra or I would be driving to Pensacola Just to get my medicine . Nico is the rudest employee ever . They never want to pull out product to show you what they have and their service has turned horrible ! Ashley is the only person at this place who is friendly and caring! Destin Trulieve is a little better but not Much And it’s sad because I love some of the strains y’all have but it’s not worth the hassle . I placed an online order with MUV while sitting in the parking lot waiting to be called in for my Togo order yesterday at 12 in the afternoon that didn’t get filled until this morning and got a text my order was ready for pick up within ten minutes !! So I went inside and had them just completely cancel my order. Very very bad experiences my last few times ordering and walking in I’ll never be back and I was a big spender !

Zack Simmons went above an beyond to make sure my order was in the system and ready to go! I usually use a different store seeing I’m from Pensacola but I will definitely stop here anytime I’m in town because of the customer service that Zack shower the entire lobby!

Great store. Great quality of products. Little more expensive than other dispensaries but worth it usually because of quality. Employees are always pretty nice. Only thing that’s not amazing is I’ve noticed it will take a minimum 20+mins to get checked in, seen and pickup your products. Opposed to other stores in town taking 5+ mins. However definitely recommend.

They have the absolute worst customer service and logistics. The only thing they are consistent in is making excuses for why they still haven’t put out the dumpster fire that is their ordering system. Multiple times I have had items taken out of my online cart, I have had items taken out of my basket in the showroom, I have had to wait over two hours at the front of the line on waitly(after it said I was next) as they stream people by and then sell part of my order out from under me. I was told I would get a phonecall when a product came in “please let me try to keep your business” and shockingly never got that call. In the time it has taken me to write this review an order I placed right beforehand with Muv has already been made ready for me, no joke. Trulieve is a huge letdown the only reason I gave them two stars is because they actually pop tupperware and I can taste the difference. Not worth the headache at all though, or the disrespect. It is condescending to me when a budtender makes some crappy unrelated recommendation for a replacement product based solely on the color of the label. Maybe you guys think this is some cashgrab operation but a lot of people have a bad quality of life without the right meds, some people rely on it to get through the day, so no it isn't cute to be dealing with someone who clearly has a limited understanding of what they are selling and is not treating the situation as a serious responsibility, but it do.

Thank you Trulieve FWB for hiring Allison!!! She is an absolute gem! Not only does she have the BEST personality, but she is a plethora of information. She has made the BIGGEST difference in my pain management in suggesting the CBD and CBN capsules. You’re the best!!

First of all I would like to say I have shopped here at this location now for a while and my service today was great. I had the please of having Ethan and Danny today and the service and knowledge were great. Ethan has now helped me a couple of times and always with great greetings and is always helpful. Both were amazing, quick and very courteous. Thank you both a lot.

This is THE spot for me and I am unabashed to share my thoughts on most matters laboriously. But only if I feel I have insight that people may find helpful. When I get to discuss my favorite dispensary, it is a labor of love. The number one thing you notice about Trulieve is their people. I have been to over two dozen dispensaries in Florida. Of those two dozen (25 precisely), there are only two that have a staff worthy of review. I have been remiss on my Cannabis reviews. I believe that I have something to offer, and frankly Leafly is the single greatest resource we have in all matters cannabis, so I will start here. Today I dealt with Allison  At trulieve and she is amazing. She worked very diligently to modify my order in a way that both served my medical needs precisely, but also my financial ability, as well as she could. she looked very carefully at the content labels of the medical cannabis I was to receive to make sure the strains were consistent with the medical needs I expressed to her. Additionally she made sure that all the discounts available to me were put in place to give me the best deal that she could. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and she was compassionate. I can't think of anything else that I could want from my budtender. However that may be, she does have other assets worth mentioning. Allison worked well with her coworkers to make sure all knowledge available to her was also available to me at the time of my purchase. This really helped me to get my prescription filled in a way that fit my specific needs. The buds at Trulieve are second to none. Trulieve always seems to have new varieties trickling in, as well as some of my old favorites consistently coming back. They almost always have specials if you stay informed through their texts and email. I have never served in our Military, but I will tell you that I am also really impressed on how they take care of their military with a handsome discount. They also offer a discount to two groups of people, usually on a tight, fixed income, senior citizens and EBT Card holders. Another Cool thing about Trulieve is they consistently seem to hand out swag on the expected days and sometimes quite by surprise. Trulieve, the corporation is seed to counter operation so they have the ability to control what they are able to provide to the customer. and they have so many different high end collections that are geared to be terpene specific which really helps with your ailments. I have noticed that there is often a shortage in a lot of Cannabis sativa flower strains locally. (And) in the United States according to friends that I've talked to in other states that have dispensaries. Trulieve is really good about having the indica that most patients need, but also the sativa that many of us require during the day. Also they have an impressive variety of  nice hybrids that have a good range of sativa dominant to Indica dominant. if you have PTSD or anxiety or any type of physical ailment that requires using a sedating strain, they have it and they will tell you what it is. Don't be afraid to ask questions because they will help. Allison was able to answer all my questions and also asked me a variety of questions to make sure she was able to get my needs met. It is more than a dive star place, although I only gave a four-star review to the environment. this is because of the customers. (80% of them) seem to be very chill and rarely have I  seen anyone disrespect the staff. But people in our town don't seem to plan ahead. They don't order delivery (only fifteen bucks) when they are not able to come in during the day, Sometimes people seem to hit the dispensary too late in the day. It's like watching seagulls descend on a dock during the return of the shrimp boats. Lucky the staff at Trulieve has budtenders like Allison who add a calm presence to the counter. It really is amazing how many people they serve each day.  To be honest, I have been one of those aforementioned people that occasionally didn't plan ahead, and the way they deal with that, is beyond my understanding. so as I alluded to in the beginning, if you want great flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates in a friendly, knowledge atmosphere, go visit Allison and her friends and Trulieve, because this truly is the spot!

I have been to this location several times now since receiving my medical card. Each time my experience has been wonderful. Zach was the very first person to help me, and he was absolutely a gem! This is all new to me, so his expansive knowledge on all the products was beyond helpful. (I wish I would have brought pen and paper to take notes!) He was so professional and kind, he made my first purchase so easy and seamless. Allison is another one who stands out to me! She assisted me with my first online order! She gave me some great tips on future orders, and her energetic - bubbly personality was refreshing!

First and foremost it has to be put out in the open, Trulieve has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau, yes, an "F" rating! Truelieve's practices are pure crap, their website and app are pure crap! Why is it when someone places an online order their order tends to be changed to something they did not order? Why is it that Trulieve cannot put enough developer involvement to get the app and website to work properly where orders are received and acknowledged properly, send messages properly and timely to customers? Why is it that Trulieve has the online order option for customers to be able to make it easier for themselves to get the product they need, but then have walk-in customers to come in and be put ahead of the online customers because the walk-in customers are "shopping"? Where does this ignorant mentality come from? The way I, and I believe most common sense people would see it, "shoppers" are not always going to buy something, but someone who took the time to place an order for a product will be buying something. Those "shoppers" need to wait in line just as anyone else would have to at a location that has an appointment =online order and just strolls in off the street. They can stroll right to a seat and wait. Also, why is it that Trulieve has provided products to customers that were returned by other customers and some of the product is missing? (this has happened me) Why is it that Trulieve will show a product is not available at a particular location, but when it is inquired about the specific product while in the showroom/shopping area, an employee or manager goes through the rabbit hole door to Alice In Wonderland and then returns from the other side with the inquired product? There seems to be something more going on within Trulieve that is not necessarily right and may be the reason for the "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau.

I like when the product is correct. Joe is helpful in helping me get the products I want.

This location is always very friendly and helpful. Chase Sparks has helped me a few times in a row now and he's been totally awesome!

I am 55 years old and have recently retired. I started managing restaurants in my early twenties and know a little about customer service. I came to Trulieve after being diagnosed with several issues from PTSD to diabetes and arthritis. I knew nothing about the strains that could help me but thanks to the team there I was learning a lot with every visit. In addition to the staff's knowledge, they do something called smiling, saying hello, welcoming you in, saying goodbye to you as you leave. A lost art in customer service. I do not know the name of the manager or managers at the Trulieve in Fort Walton Beach, Florida they are doing a terrific job with their team. Keep up the good work. I came away from so many years of customer service remembering a couple of statements that resonated with me. People don't quit their jobs, they quit their bosses and success is self-evident in your people!!! I can't wait to meet all of the team members, but I would like to give a BIG SHOUT out to just a few of them. I feel a calming effect as soon as I walk through the doors. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Lexi is a wonderful person. I seem to always get her at the register and it makes me happy. You have the best products, best quantity, and quality.

Do not go there the service sucks. I ordered a item at 10 am and got all my confirmation i could not pick up until 6pm it Cleary states that they hold for 48 hours. I get to the store after checking in online and i get a text saying it was my turn. I went in a a little feminine boy took my card and i was skipped by 5 people. U then get back to the sales area only to be told they lost my bag. I will Never ever ever ever ever ever ever go to any Trulieve ever again like I was told by a manager at Trulieve before "TRULIEVE does not need my money" That is fine i will make it my mission to make sure people do not go there you guys are horrible

I have placed several online orders, wait to get a confirmation, try to check in to find out I still have to wait, and for what! , to find out that product I wanted is UNAVAILABLE, EVERYTIME!!! Why won't they admit they are OUT! NO, IT'S NOT A DIFFERENT BATCH!!!!!!! DONT LIE!!! IF YOU DONT HAVE IT DONT PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE!!! THATS FALSE ADVERTISING!! ALSO, the Davis St. location is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!
