Trulieve - Jacksonville Beach

This is by far a top of the line facility, Tony was my Bud tender yesterday and White Buffalo and Banana Kush was my choice today recommended by Tony . Tony you did a great job!!!!!!!!

Trulieve has been struggling recently but customer service is still on point. I feel bad for the employees who are blamed for the company’s problems. Bethany in particular was very patient and nicer than she should have been to an angry man who was yelling and threw money at her. The higher ups really need to get it together and make sure they are taking care of those taking the fall.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Joey and his team at the Jax Beach store. Deliveries are always on time (or early), the products are high quality, and most importantly every staff member is kind and knowledgeable. India, K, Brittany, Matt, and everyone else on Joey's team are friendly, knowledgeable, and high energy.

First time customer, mostly ignorant, slightly uncomfortable, quickly put at ease by Crow. Crow was professional, quite knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He was upbeat and enthusiastic even after my many questions as I try to get a handle on the learning curve.

I wrote a review a few months ago that needed updating. Trulieve has gotten a lot better since that review. Whatever computer problems they were having has apparently been fixed. Been very smooth and easy ordering from Trulieve since mid January. Trulieve products are hard to beat. Their staff is usually always polite and helpful.

Brian was very knowledgeable on cannabis and was very helpful in helping me decide what products to choose. Loved the atmosphere and happy faces. Would recommend. First time buyer discount was great.

Miguel, as always, was a consummate professional, exemplifying broad knowledge and patient care. Highly recommended, pun intended.

Matt C. Was my bud tender and dude was exceptional. Computers had went down and it was bedlam, but the manager came in and spoke to us all and they handled it superbly 👍🏻

Everyone at this location was so helpful and very very friendly. I worked with Adam and Brian and they were both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They knew all the answers to the questions I had about different delivery methods as well as the effects of different strains. I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family. Very nice atmosphere and extremely friendly staff!

This shop is the jam, always has flower in stock, short wait (at least when i have been) and super helpful staff, today myranda took care of me and she’s always got a big smile and very knowledgeable. Tha 9lb hammer is flame this batch!!

I was lucky to have Rachel assist me and the more we chatted the more I learned. No pressure, extremely patient and guided me to the best products for my conditions. The staff has an incredible knowledge of all their products and seems to enjoy helping their customers. It was more like speaking with a friend, very relaxed atmosphere! I will definitely request Rachel next visit!

The staff at the Beach location is absolutely the BEST!! Adam, Amanda, Angel, Brian, Joey, Michelle, Skyler, all exceptional employees. Always going above and beyond for clients. They are knowledgeable about the products and can help guide you when needed. They always have positive attitude and seem to be happy at their job. After visiting many Trulieve locations around Florida, I can tell you that this is definitely the best location with helpful, friendly service. I really hesitate to tell you because it has been a week kept secret so far!!

I have to say this place is great in every way! I came in on my first visit, not knowing anything about the strains available, and Miranda (really hope I'm spelling that right) HOOKED ME UP! She was super patient with me, answered all my endless questions, didn't make me feel rushed, (even though I'm pretty sure I took forever) and she was super knowledgeable. She made great recommendations too, I ended up buying some 9lb hammer shatter, a Trb vape pen, and some Jack herer Crumble. She even gave me some great I normally don't write write reviews but this place is great :) Thanks Trulieve & thanks Miranda for making my first Trulieve experience AWESOME!

I’ve been coming to this store since November and it has always been an absolute nightmare. The manager, mason, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. He refuses to honor the weekend specials and will make you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes, while taking back other customers who just got there 5 minutes ago. The menu is never updated accurately. Ever since taking my complaints to corporate, my treatment by mason has been even worse than before.
