Trulieve - Jacksonville Beach

This was my first ever visit to a dispensary. I was a bit nervous but calmed down the moment I walked through the door. The front desk staff was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Tony helped me find the best solutions for my wellness and was a kind, knowledgeable soul. I enjoyed my visit immensely and look forward to returning.

I have to say this place is great in every way! I came in on my first visit, not knowing anything about the strains available, and Miranda (really hope I'm spelling that right) HOOKED ME UP! She was super patient with me, answered all my endless questions, didn't make me feel rushed, (even though I'm pretty sure I took forever) and she was super knowledgeable. She made great recommendations too, I ended up buying some 9lb hammer shatter, a Trb vape pen, and some Jack herer Crumble. She even gave me some great I normally don't write write reviews but this place is great :) Thanks Trulieve & thanks Miranda for making my first Trulieve experience AWESOME!

I don't think I'll be back unless there is a particularly good sale. The prices are just too high compared to some of the other offerings in town. I really appreciate that they almost never run out of the capsules, but I wish the THC tincture was not flavored.

Nigel was extremely helpful and knew his products well. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and professional.

I’ve been coming to this store since November and it has always been an absolute nightmare. The manager, mason, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. He refuses to honor the weekend specials and will make you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes, while taking back other customers who just got there 5 minutes ago. The menu is never updated accurately. Ever since taking my complaints to corporate, my treatment by mason has been even worse than before.

Angel was amazing ! Friendly knowledgeable and all around knew her stuff . Extremely convenient and reassuring when you are dealing with great people like her to assist you in your shopping experience 💚

The Hispanic manager Joel could of been better with her customer service. I understand the mishap with my online order. Just fixed the issue not give me reasoning behind the matter.

Extremely poor supply in stock. Rarely have what they advertised. They do not hold reserved orders if they are busy. Monday early is the ONLY time to get reasonable flower. Flower shortage most days. Some strains will cause allergic reaction here! Outdoor grown and fertilizer allergies may be worth reconsidering buying from these otherwise very friendly people.

Everyone at this location was so helpful and very very friendly. I worked with Adam and Brian and they were both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They knew all the answers to the questions I had about different delivery methods as well as the effects of different strains. I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family. Very nice atmosphere and extremely friendly staff!

This place was awesome. I was a little anxious on my first visit and everyone made me feel at ease instantly. Jordan was very helpful in guiding me toward the right product. I'm a few weeks into my therapy and have had amazing results. My arthritis pain is almost completely gone and my mood has dramatically improved. I highly recommend this location and Jordan.

I was lucky to have Rachel assist me and the more we chatted the more I learned. No pressure, extremely patient and guided me to the best products for my conditions. The staff has an incredible knowledge of all their products and seems to enjoy helping their customers. It was more like speaking with a friend, very relaxed atmosphere! I will definitely request Rachel next visit!

Tony is the bomb! always helpful, always friendly, knowledgeable of the inventory and recommending appropriate products; everybody there is friendly and helpful but Tony’s personality just sparkles as well as his smile

This was my first time at Trulieve- Jax Beach. It just might be my favorite dispensary in the 904. I was a walk-in and was quite impressed with the level of service I received. It can be worrisome to go to dispensaries during this COVID-19 outbreak. Trulieve Jax Beach was very clean and cautious with servicing their patrons. Hand sanitizer all around!!! My boy Adam made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about all the products and apparently has the inventory memorized lol. All in all, highly recommend this place if you enjoy a CLEAN, courteous experience.
