I had a wonderful experience coming to this new location, everyone was friendly and upbeat. Walking in the aura was amazing, I was helped immediately and there was no confusion. The staff in the back couldn’t have been anymore helpful. I was assisted by Myranda, she was very informative and seemed to have my best interest at heart. She guided towards the perfect strand for my situation and I am in LOVE with my tru stick. Thanks to the whole team!!!

First time visitor a couple weeks ago. I had just been approved for MM so wasn't sure what to expect. They made it a great experience. Through the whole process Michelle was the best. Patient with me as I bombarded her with questions, very knowledgeable as she answered, with clarity, every one. The atmosphere made you feel comfortable everything is clean. This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE dispensary AND location. On the rare occasion (twice and so grateful they have refund and exchange) I’ve received a bum item (not bud-tenders fault), the return and exchange are always smooth and effortless on my part. Love, Love, Love the Jax Beach location! Angel has great knowledge of the products/strains- which I can appreciate esp when there is so much to know! She was even helpful to find a new doctor to for my needs! She is an asset to your company, I have personally talked to her directly if I have any questions and she is always 100% professional, sweet & will go above % beyond as far as customer service! Mason- he rocks! must be a manager bc he is extremely personable & seems to be very laid back but also takes high regard with his position! This is my #1 dispensary in Jacksonville! They will take care of you! Starting to feel like family!💚

This was my first time going to a dispensary and I was lucky enough to be helped by Angel. She is so smart about everything and is willing to help without you feeling nervous or stupid. She is an amazing person and I’m going to try to see only her on my trips there because she is so good. P.S. she has gorgeous eyes too....

I don't think I'll be back unless there is a particularly good sale. The prices are just too high compared to some of the other offerings in town. I really appreciate that they almost never run out of the capsules, but I wish the THC tincture was not flavored.

Ok overall let me say this is hands down the BEST Trulieve and best Florida dispensary I have been to! I am so glad I decided to make this my new one stop shop. From the check in with Zoe (she’s so sweet and helpful) to the back with all the goodies and happy crew working. I had a concern with my battery and the manager Joel helped me hands on troubleshoot! This place Is top notch, it’s also very clean which makes me feel safe figuring the pandemic. The service can’t get any better than this! Thank you!!

Placed an order at the beginning of the day and went to Trulieve twice and told it wasn’t ready. It’s a Tuesday. What happened if the deal expires the next day? Then I wouldn’t be the discount. This is frustrating

This is my favorite Trulieve location even, though it is not the closest one to my home. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Natalie W!! The Jax Beach Trulieve also seems to have the best selection of products in our area.

Fantastic experience! I worked with Matt C and the dude knows what he’s doing. I had a ton of questions and he had answers for everything. Sometimes understanding everything can be tough but Matt broke it all down clearly and helped me pick out the best products for my needs. Trulieve and Matt C. are killing it. I’d drive any distance to visit this location and experience the atmosphere and stellar service.

Tony is the bomb! always helpful, always friendly, knowledgeable of the inventory and recommending appropriate products; everybody there is friendly and helpful but Tony’s personality just sparkles as well as his smile
