Trulieve - Jacksonville

Great visit. Very short wait time with only 3 people in the lobby. Lee was great and assisted in tracking down the product I wanted and answered all my question. Overall a great experience.

My first visit I was helped with what I needed for my problem. I was instructed on how to use the products & very happy with their service. I just wish they were nearer to me. Hopefully they will open one soon. My second order was delivered but I dropped a the concentrate bottle & it shattered 😡, my bad. To return & replace it , I have to drive (2 hr. round trip). Grrr!

cant say enough positive things about this location. stagg is very knowledge and friendly, and they definitely push discounts for their clients, making sure that all vets receive them is always a bonus in my book. cant go wrong with with this location and their products. only downside I would say is try to go earlier in the morning or when everyone is at work because this place gets busy and parking isnt great.

More seating would be a great addition.

The staff is knowledgeable, always willing to take the time to answer my questions, and since they gave me a he Leafly website, I’m learning so much and figuring out what works best for me.

Employees are always so helpful and patient, Jordan is so sweet and informative. He gives great info and always knows the deals! I have extreme anxiety and it's easy to talk to him.

The location is in a pretty central part of town being on Beach Blvd. near University Blvd.

Trulieve is a great dispensary. Their products are extremely high quality, especially the Truflower Entourage vaporizer cups. Their cartridges also are excellent quality, unlike some others whose cartridges leak and burn up too fast. Their Mystica vaporizer is fabulous because it alleviates the need for screwing and unscrewing the cartridge from the battery, which oftentimes causes cartridge and battery failure in my experience, but never with the Mystica. The Staff definitely knows what they are talking about. Also, the CBD carts are great for instant pain relief.

Noah and Kent are awesome!!! They make me feel so welcome and are very knowledgeable about the products. So is everyone else who works here! This is the only dispensary I go to in florida.

I've tried the others, once, and once was all it took to prove that Trulieve is definitely the best. Whether it's delivery or in store pick up, nobody in the market has the products or service that can compare to Trulieve.

This was my first time there and Jin helped me out. Shes very knowledgeable and informative about their products. It's just a very welcoming atmosphere and staff there. Will be making a visit again

I typically use the delivery option which is Great. Well designed and executed. The store parking is terrible and lines if you don't show up prior to opening. In both cases (delivery and store), the people are very Friendly, Helpful and Professional. The Big Problem is AVAILABILITY of Strains!! Very limited. There are actually NO Hybrid CO2 cartridge and only 1-2 available for Indica and Sativa. The std Vap Cartridges were not much better. I will continue to stay mainly with their local competitor. Plus their deliver is FREE !!! Get with the program Truleaf!

Really cold in front room, but excellent service.... the bud tenders know the correct information and are able to give good, personalized information for each patient.
