Trulieve - Jacksonville

cant say enough positive things about this location. stagg is very knowledge and friendly, and they definitely push discounts for their clients, making sure that all vets receive them is always a bonus in my book. cant go wrong with with this location and their products. only downside I would say is try to go earlier in the morning or when everyone is at work because this place gets busy and parking isnt great.

I typically use the delivery option which is Great. Well designed and executed. The store parking is terrible and lines if you don't show up prior to opening. In both cases (delivery and store), the people are very Friendly, Helpful and Professional. The Big Problem is AVAILABILITY of Strains!! Very limited. There are actually NO Hybrid CO2 cartridge and only 1-2 available for Indica and Sativa. The std Vap Cartridges were not much better. I will continue to stay mainly with their local competitor. Plus their deliver is FREE !!! Get with the program Truleaf!

No loyalty to customer, will make an order get a confirmation number, then get a call saying sorry we are out of stock..

Zach is always very pleasant and very helpful. Love being able to preorder online because waiting in there is a drag. A more comfortable waiting room would be nice. All in all we are there for the drugs and the drugs are great!

The staff members are remarkable, from the front desk to the back. Everyone is positive, with great energy. I've never had a bad experience and I've been going there faithfully since 5/19 I was assisted by Noha Perez, and he was extremely helpful, patient, & knows his the product! Thanks Again Trulieve!!!

This is the 2nd time Truelieve has surprised me with their service. Their products have always been great but the wait times were insane. Well, not anymore. I ordered flower online, they texted me within minutes that the order was received, thirty minutes later, the order was ready and I was told to come in and get it. My office is around the corner, 15 minutes later I was walking out of Trulieve with awesome Gorilla Grapes & Mandarin Dream. Thank you once again Trulieve for outstanding customer service. Your service was untouchable last week!

Love this place don’t go anywhere else but this dispensary!!! I have visited other dispensaries in Florida and trulieve is my top favorite best prices as well as products!!

First time visit and it went well. It was a good learning experience as Lars answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Best flower in town, but also the most expensive with the least number of sales and discounts. They have the worst customer service of all the local dispensaries and their facility in’t that nice. Give your money to one of the smaller operations.

I went and picked up an order and I knew that the flower would not be discounted (which was cool with me) and I am a veteran and I am also over 55, so between the two I get 30% off and when I put this order in I ordered gels (I have always gotten both of my discounts), so I picked them up I was told by the person that I cant have a discount on the candy because they were on sale (they werent, the gels cost 30.00 each (regular price is 30.00). So I called and was told that they dont discount the gels and when I mentioned that I have always gotten my discounts on the gels, the person I was talking to on the phone told me that they dont discount the RSO candy and yet there is nothing on the website stating that and that it was up the the individual dispensary to honor the senior and the veterans discount. I have heard 3 different reasons why they didnt give me the discounts. IF THIS IS HOW TRULIEVE DOES BUSINESS FIND A DIFFERENT DISPESARY. THEY DONT HONOR VETERANS OR THOSE THAT ARE OVER 55. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GOTTEN TO BIG TO CARE ANYMORE.
