Trulieve - Miami

Small place, but always a good experience.

I so love this place! Marilyn was dispensary specialist yesterday (Black Friday Sale!) and she was amazing. She was able to look up my past purchases so I could get the same product as I did back in July. Her energy was wonderful and amazing, she answered all my questions and gave me some really great recommendations. It's so nice to find someone that truly enjoys their job in Miami, it's rare for sure. This location is really wonderful, I've never shopped anywhere else because the customer service, reception area and every other aspect is completely spot on. Marilyn continued to deliver the excellence I have come to expect from this location. Thanks to all and have a very happy and safe holiday season!!! :)

Very friendly staff Arenna was so sweet and friendly, immediately signed me up for rewards and gave me my discount card. After a quick wait the manager Ron took me to meet my bud tender Michael J who (I’m just saiyan his hair!!) took time to help me decide what I should take. Very good experience and helpful staff!!! Thanks guys!!!

Every time I go to Trulieve they’re all so welcoming right when you walk in. The guys/gals in the back are very kowledgable and friendly. Especially Kevin, Jean, and Berto, these three guys always make me feel welcomed, answer any questions I may have and show me what’s new. 10/10 would recommend you come visit them. You won’t be disappointed

Michael J is amazing. He knows more about Cannabis then anybody I’ve ever met. By the way, those street pot holes are the only thing stopping me from coming every week

the outside lounge is nice but also seems like it's lacking something. perhaps fans? shade? shade as in outdoor pull down blinds.

The staff at this Miami location is absolutely awesome! They make the trip worthwhile and are the reason I keep coming back! Ileana and Arenna are tops. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

Nick was very helpful and patient. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave me many options which to choose from which was great. He was also very clear and specific with product knowledge as well as business rules/policies etc. Mike at the front was also very polite and could tell is a hard worker. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cool location especially if you live near the airport Today I’m trying the Rick Simpson oil for the first time I had to get my doctor to switch my route of administration so I really wish they would allow people with a topical administration to receive the product but I’ll let you know how it goes

Hands down the best Trulieve that I've been to. I've been a medical patient in Florida for more than 2 years and this location is doing something right with their employees. Their super knowledgeable, helpful, and know how to do things right and how to treat their customers. Michael is by far their best (I think he's a manager) and Laura is another great person and knowledgeable employee. If your a medical patient, you should be going here...

I have mixed feelings about this location. I also have mixed feelings on Florida's MMJ program but Trulieve does accomidate my medical inconveniences. Don't want to point fingers or say names but My guy gives me the good stuff so I'm medically satisfied. Thanks Bruh ⛈️🆑

This is my spot, I do not go any where else unless I absolutely HAVE to. Why? Because each and every one of the employees here is a kind and goes out of their way to literally make you feel like family. ( maybe I go too often lol) no in all seriousness. When the coronavirus started , I was amazed because they were the first to get right on top of the regulations because they have a respect for the fact that some of their patients have compromised immune systems. I could go on and on from Kevin who really offers the type of customer service that doesn’t exist anymore to the hostess who knows so much about the product and like I told her the other day she’s honestly like a Trulieve cheerleader!! I love you guys. Thanks.

I absolutely LOVE Trulieve Miami. It is by far the BEST dispensary I have ever been in FL. They have an amazing selection of different strains to choose from. The quality is top notch, I went once for emergency to a different dispensary and I ended giving what I purchased it to my friend, because I hated the quality and effects, such paranoia and horrible stuff. I went straight to Trulieve to get REAL top quality Cannabis and I can tell you this is the only place I trust and will buy from. The staff is truly great very friendly and always willing to help and provide the advice you need when you need it. But there are two shinning stars on this location, ARENA and DENNISE these girls rocks! from the moment you enter the door Arena is so friendly, always smiling and just so freaking awesome. She makes you feel like at home and have such amazing positive energy always. Dennise to me is my favorite person behind the counter always to help you. This girl is Amazing, super professional and always so willing to help and make sure you leave happy. The last time I went there she literally saved my life (ok I'm exaggerating. lol) but to me it felt that way, because I could have leave the dispensary empty handed since they didn't have anything I needed and Dennise came through and truly made my day. Today I found out that when I go there I can specifically request to be serviced by Dennise, yeyyyyyyyyy! Love this girl, professional, awesome energy, super friendly and helpful. This company have a great team working for them in this location, but they're truly blessed to have Arena and Dennise. I will HIGHLY recommend this dispensary to anyone for many reasons: 1- Awesome top quality products and selection 2- An exceptional team of people working there 3- You can buy something and if you don't like it you can take it back for exchange! Who does that? No one else;-) For those people who put in their reviews that they are expensive? yeah maybe a little more expensive than other dispensaries, but remember :You Get What You Pay For Love this dispensary and the people working there and will give 10 stars if I could.
