Very busy. Expect a wait. Had delivery today and Micheal was my delivery person. Very accommodating. Because of him I’ll get delivery again. But they charge 15.00 no matter how much you spend. Otherwise no problems.

Made my visit very plesant easy and were very attentive. They were great .

I would like to thank Jeanette, Sue, Stacey, Whitney, Lucy and Mike for helping resolve an issue that I had at the Sarasota Truelieve location. They followed up with me diligently until the issue was resolved. They got me the products that I wanted, gave me free delivery and a very generous bag of “swag” for the inconvenience that I experienced. This more than made up for the problem that occurred. I appreciate their excellent customer service! Thank you all for resolving this quickly and professionally! Much appreciated!

I didn't like anything about my visit. wait time was 20 minutes. budtender lady was dreadful and put my vibe into nasty feeling. whole atmosphere was disgusting I ended up walking out in the middle of a sale because of how the lady was just taking her time. it took her 20 minutes to go to the back to find something. other places people have great flower and cheaper way cheaper trulieve is a rip off. grow healthy is awesome prices are great customer service is great flowers always fresh and great. I will never go to trulieve again. I hope they go out of business

I’ve been going to this location for 2 years and I can honestly say their customer service is wonderful! They have good stock and wait times are nice as well. I especially love Shawn, he treats me kindly and with respect. You can’t go wrong with this location or anyone who works here!

trulieve finally seems to have gotten a better understanding of the placing an online order and getting you in and our efficiently. jesse was good as well, engaging with me while processing my order.

Awful. Not a good experience.

This dispensaries is absolutely garbage there generally out of stock of anything decent been waiting for Kief since it came out checking everyday never in stock if they do have something in stock guarantee you it's going to be very low THC I mean my mids being more potent than their crap they don't post THC levels online forcing you to have to waste your valuable time to go to a dispensary to discover its garbage I will never waste my time with this dispensary again

A full 24hrs after placing an order (no shorts when placed), I get a call, “nothing you ordered we have in stock”. Glad to see the new & improved computer system is worse than the prior system. Come on Trulieve, by now this terrible inventory management system should be a very distant memory, but worse? Your people & products (when you have inventory) are good, but fill rate is not acceptable at any point.

My only complaint is that on 4/6/23 I asked for a copy of what I purchased for the year 2022, I was told they have a new computer system and cannot retrieve older records. I thought this was at least a medical related service as in a pharmacy. There are other reasons to keep records for even longer periods. Very irresponsible in my opinion.
