Where are all the OG strains you guys used to have? I called and talked to a woman manager (wish I could remember her name) who told me "everyone loves the cheap stuff." WTF! No EVERYONE does not. She was so rude and condescending by the end of the call that I wont be coming back.

Nice location with nice budtenders, guards are unfriendly and the prices are quite a bit higher than other places. I visit for the sales and their sales bring the price down to average. Cannatonic was great for $30/ 1/8th but I see that price just went up also so I'll skip it until it comes back down. You should also include tax like Swell does.

Bring back your express orders!!!! Don’t do your med patients dirty like that. Not cool at all.

TruMed is a nice place - especially now that one doesn’t have to stand outside prior to being let into the lobby. Lately though, that’s about the only positive. If you read my previous review, it was glowing. Now, quite the opposite. The top shelf has consistently gotten to be lower quality and that’s when one can actually find it in stock. I switched to CCells because I was tired of waiting for flower. It strikes me as odd because on social media you would think they would be bursting at the seams with quality flower based on the growroom photographs. I drove 40 minutes tonight specifically for Purple Punch cartridges. The menu had been updated just before I left and again 11 minutes before I arrived. The site still showed purple punch and a ton of other options. The budtender informed me that only Blue Razz and Sour D remained. I left annoyed and empty handed. Again. Unfortunately, finding good meds at a dispensary in town is becoming increasingly difficult. This state needs to decriminalize and let us grow our own. Getting custied by these dispensaries is getting old real fast.

Tru Meds Manager you gave me the worst customer service When you get bad customer service from a manager you know that business is no good. Remember you work for us We buy your product if we don't buy your product you guys don't have a business anymore you guys don't have a job anymore Through this Pandemic You Tru Meds and Employees of Tru meds have showed us that you don't care about patients and you don't have no compassion for the marijuana patients because you have no deals you have long lines in the heat and you allow your employees and your managers to give customers a bad experience at your dispensary Shame on you Tru Meds

Get off your ass and update your damn menu! Folks aren’t gonna drive and pay top dollar if the menu isn’t updated multiple times a day. Last time you updated was 3 days ago.

You can’t spell mids without tru med. You save money driving to Cali buying at a rec shop in bulk and driving back then shoppin here. You even get better quality. 120 for a quad for alright weed is crazy man. Your weed is 50 tops I want what ur smokin thinkin it’s 114 my man

over priced meds for low grade products. this place is more focused on aesthetic it looks like a candy store for adults but with weed. Budtender was a little annoying trying to talk me down from a deal I specifically looked up on leafly to visit this location almost every visit someone is trying to talk me away from a deal wtf?. I know Tru|Med bought they're genetics from Oregon which is why it doesn't make sense to pay 419.89 for an oz of subpar flower you didn't create. That and thier in house edible brand Baked Bros is overrated and way overpriced 40.52 for 300mg edible your better off making your own charging people that price smh coating premade gummies with extract. . I have been a patient since medical was first legalized I have witnessed change like many other stores, I implore you all dont waste your money here use it somewhere else where management will respect its customer's and honor deals it advertises.

Worst experience ever! I showed up wearing a mask and gloves following all the COVID19 rules, however nobody including the staff and security guard were following these protocols. While I was trying to understand how to get my order, a bystander threatened to harm me and security and management did nothing to protect me. Not a safe place!!!

Don’t bother placing an online order; you’re just going to be waiting just as long! Why must the online order line take and hour to get through all the time?!?!

Your lines are ridiculous and I don't have time to stand around in this heat while other dispensaries have me in and out way faster. You guys have taken advantage and have cut our hard earned dollars by keeping our earned points. Shame on you I only go there if i have a entire day to poop away.

The meds are very good, the prices are HORRIBLE with no Veterans, Senior, or disabled discounts, ever. One of the very few dispensaries that don't discount to at least one of these groups at least some of the time. Only have the point program which is not much good if you can't afford the meds to begin with. Also very few if any freebies like by an OZ and get a joint. Staff is also nice, it's just their pricing that keeps me away. They are not very close to me either so I have to make a special trip to give them all my money.

Been a customer since 2013, no more. I can no longer recommend trumed in good faith due to a dramatic drop in quality across all product lines and especially their house flower. And they have the absolute audacity to raise prices on much worse product? Ownership/management has completely lost their minds. Why are no other brands (other than very small companies) in the market raising their prices? What is specifically becoming more expensive for your grow operation or production compared to others? Here's the takeaway, if you're a recreational customer that just wants average flower for expensive prices than trumed is your store. If you're a medical patient, like myself, that needs high quality products period LET ALONE at these ridiculous prices, stay far away from trumed. And it sucks to have to say that as from 2013 to about 2018/2019 I'd recommend trumed to anyone. Now? The inverse. I'll be back when you get back to the quality and prices of a few years ago, hope destroying your brand credibility, alienating the medical patients that got you to this point, and ruining the positive reputation of your company was worth it. And if you are able to fire the people that made these decisions, do it immediately.

Prices are for the owners. Pulling flower at 6weeks so more $ is made. Flower needs 6-8weeks to finish. This WAS medicine to people, humans, but $ is more important then helping pain. Wonder how much is enough? Cleared my savings and have not returned in months. Sad patient. Not tenders fault either. They understand.

If this is the best in AZ I'll stick with the darkweb

Trumeds IGNORED MY POST last week, but responded to reviews they're being praised in. YET WHEN I SAY... For months ALL of trumeds flowers THC levels have continued to drop with each harvest and ask why you ignore my review. Your flower was once very potent, but now the THC levels continues to decrease significantly. WHY??? Can you explain or are you going to ignore this post also??? You increased prices to pay for production costs, so customers are now paying more $$$ for lower potentcy/quality flower. It makes no sense when Aeriz continues to harvest flower with 32% at a cheaper price, so what the heck is going on at Trumeds because your highest thc level is barely 22%?

I wish I could give this place 5 starts across the board! Their products are fire but overpriced. Drip goes on sale for cheaper elsewhere even though it’s their product and some of their flowers pre sale prices are more expensive then other stores with the same brand flower and strain. If you want an exclusive drop drop go here.. if not save your money goto a store that stocks drip or your favorite flower

I waited 3 hours then they didnt have my order I placed then I get home to find out I paid for live hash rosin and they gave me a 60 dollar gram of just the hash rosin not live hash rosin which is 75 so I overpaid/ they didnt correctly fix my order which they should have taken the 75 off and put the 60 on there. I understand that you are busy and it a little wild with covid 19 but I ain't ever gotten treated rude at dispensary or got screwed over like this. I cant even call or get it fix so idk what to do or say.

Trash, insane prices and THE LONGEST MOST OBNOXIOUS voice attendant ever. It's almost 5 freaking minutes long. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND JUST PRESS 4 to get straight to a rep. This place is a joke so I advise you pass on this spot. 8 other spots all 10X better within 5 miles of this place.

I am very impressed with this place. it's only like 5 miles from my house I'm surprised I didn't come in sooner. I have actually heard from friends their quality was top notch. LOVE their ftp patient deal BOGO an 8th or a gram of concentrate. I love their tiers for their concentrate; silver ($30g), gold ($40), platinum($50), and diamond ($65) I might be a few dollars off. I ended up coming on a flash sale day so I was able to get the platinum tier for $40....sequoia strawberry & Larry OG were my purchases. <3

Surly front desk!!! Demanded new information even through card was current and had purchased there last week. Definitely NOT WORTH the hassle! The other dispensaries are far more welcoming. Avoid.

It's been three months and true meds still has problem with the computer system I was expecting a deal when I visited but all I got was promised and a call back that never acured true meds I am very disappointed I have never been lied to by any dispensary in Arizona and every time I call it seem to be a very uncomfortable situation I actually recommend lots of friend to this dispensary and all I got in return was upset and misdirected people asking about how they should of not listen to me when I told them true meds is a great dispensary lol
