Amazing staff, great product!

Sorry, can't kneel at the alter of Tru/Med. Haven't been back in a few months since getting some meds that tasted like dirt, like they weren't flushed. Got some attitude when I complained. You are rushing your buds to production and I'm the bad patient for complaining about the taste?

Used to specials on drip almost daily. Rec comes and it's screw us huh? Nice! $$$

Fix your security's attitude ASAP. Waste of my time wouldn't come back. Would never do business here again

WOW. Do i absolutely HATE the new pre order process!!!! Why would i preorder to have everyone and their mother in the front lobby know exactly what im getting and paying for!! Worst procedure ever and ya'll ruined preordering for me.

Flower was dry and overpriced the concentrate 60$ plus a gram ?!?! Outrageous and not worth the drive

What happened to TruMed? One strain of house flower and 5 or 6 strains of the same stuff I can get at 25 other dispensaries. Drip is fire, but where is your flower? WHERE???

Once again saw a review where your staff responds to a review saying he can pick up his med until 9pm, again not the case I was refused at 8:48🤔

So I went in today and now all of a sudden tru med is not giving pre rolls for reviews. I asked dude is this a new rule he said no its always been like that. (no it has not ) but I wasnt trying to argue. butttt they have tons of papers saying.. ... type a review and get a pre roll. no were on the paper does it say one pre roll every 1year or atleast 1 a month. all it says review us and get a pre roll. as I told dude that all he could say was ....yeaa well somebody wasnt doing there job right. but they KEEP THE PAPERS TO REVIEW THEM AND GET A PRE ROLL RIGHT UP FRONT EVERYWERE . so wat is it tru med . if tru med reads this, let me know wats the deal.

Just like a lot of that latest reviews.....I as well was an extremely loyal customer and had been coming only here for flower for years but now that there basically is never top shelf flower actually grown by them in stock, I am in need of another recommendation for best flower in the valley. They have also stopped allowing call in orders for their flower hahaha....the only way anyone could get it before and they stopped.....Trumed! - you need to get back to the old days...stop selling this crap from other growers! We will pay the prices for your flower, not others! Come on, I have personally told the manager here many times, that I wouldn't shop anywhere else, but now you stopped producing and selling your best products! Other people leaving reviews, please say what other places have good quality flower, thanks. Trumed I'll be back once you get your stuff together, and stop trying to be like other crappy dispensos around.

This place has gone downhill fast! They don’t prioritize medical over rec. Used to be the cleanest dispensary in Phoenix but I will not be going back.

I've noticed most of their top shelf has become tasteless smoke, that has commercialized names, and carries a hefty price tag! The overall quality has dropped significantly compared with a couple years ago! I tried one of their "guest" strains that came from an unknown source and it hurt my throat so bad I concluded it was sprayed with something or not grown/harvested properly. I have spent thousands of dollars here but starting to look elsewhere as paying $420 for an ounce of flower that has no terpenes whatsoever is getting old. The only thing they care about is overall THC but real smokers know that's just one part.

High prices, hit and miss quality... So many more consistent options for better prices. Goodbye TruMed!

This was my first Medicinal dispensary experience and Trumed came highly recommended by a couple patients that I know... The vibe at Tru is VERY similar to the recreation dispensaries in CO. The place is insanely inviting once you make it in the door. The staff is welcoming and very kind. Even the security outside was pleasant in 113 degree AZ heat! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who was my bud-tender but he was very nice and more importantly, he let me assert myself in terms of what I was looking for and what I already know about cannabis, despite it being my first visit. I told him what I was looking for and so he started pulling his best Indica strains and a couple hybrids off the shelf. I purchased two 1/8th's, a gram and also a CBD pen... The meds have been absolutely top notch. They are just as good as they look and smell. This dispensary is NOT neat my house, and I drove over 30 minutes out of my way to check them out.... With that being said, I will continue to go there. I will make the special trip to make my primary purchases from Trumed. Props to them and their staff and huge props for their on site, in house grown strains. Major thanks for the bottles water too! Thanks to Trumed!

literally 2 options for flower. impresssive

I love this place. It's the only place in town I will go. I do have one complaint. More and more often you are going to "grams" only. This is simply a way for you to squeeze more money out of patients. Don't be greedy. This industry is generating plenty of money for you and others. I know firsthand the resources it takes for the grow operation. Please stop this practice of switching your best selling flowers to "grams only" it's shameful

I love the crew at Tru Med, they're always great, and knowledgeable. they are more expensive than the other two I occasionally use, but the facility is beautiful and they give free water!

Seriously the only people hating on these reviews have to be other dispos! lol! You dont get this many positive reviews and this many thumbs down on the reviews unless someone is a vested interest in thumbing down positive reviews... like other dispos... As for Tru|Med? from the first day I walked into their shop 3 years ago the service and flower have been consistently above par. This was the first dispensary I went to and it was hard to find viable alternatives to the quality and service I received here. I like that their products are tested and that they consistently have strains that I know will work for me. Yes the price is higher, but, you get what you pay for and Tru|Med has never let me down. So if you cant always afford it, there are other dispensaries but it is definitely worth your while to treat yourself at least once to their offerings. come on... you owe it to yourself... you deserve it...
