tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

This is my third year as a patient and I was lucky enough to find Trumed early on. I spent the first few months trying different dispensaries and focused on the lowest prices. Time and time again I was disappointed because my tolerance is fairly high and you get what you pay for. I run a business in a different industry and I can tell the owner of Trumed is meticulous and cares about quality. I would say this is the foundation of this business. The service is always good and the product is outstanding! The buds are always clean, well groomed and they all hit with euphoric power. Ashley has been there since the beginning and she is definitely an asset! She provides knowledgeable support and great recommendations, although that is fairly easy because everything is always so good. Ashley is definitely a gem. Ashley, Lauren and the whole gang at Trumed do a great job. Please let your Cultivation Team know how grateful I am as a patient. The flowers are killer! Keep up the great work and see you all soon!

Meds are top notch! Bud tenders are awesome! The only thing I would change would be their prices... I'd be here every week if they matched HWC

Haven’t seen wedding cake on the menu for about a month now. Did you guys just stop cultivating it. When I ask about it when I come know one knows anything

There is something wrong with the pre-rolls. They don't smell, taste or affect you in any way. It's like smoking ashe. I'm not even convinced it's marijuana it's that bad......No amount of " Free pre-rolls " matters when it's of such poor quality.

prices are kinda high for us whom are on fixed incomes or get disability other than that this place and there meds are grate

Everyone knows the best business decision to make when quality takes a dip is to raise prices, right? I don’t know for sure what happened, but they lost their talented growers or something cause the quality of their flowers has absolutely dropped, and this has caused quality across the board to dip too. Their drip diamond tiers are now clearly being made with trim (looks it, smells it, tastes it) and gold tier has become just kinda gross. It’s a shame what’s happened because this dispo used to be the best in town. I used to defend them despite kinda being smucks in terms of customer service, but now they’ve just fallen too low. No longer shopping here.

Always a long wait and don't bother ordering online to save time cause it won't save you any. I ordered online to save time and saved a total of a half an hour in person wait. TruMed straight up do better. The introverts feel suffocated in your waiting room. On a positive note your budtenders and security staff are always very welcoming and kind. They all deserve well deserved raises and fix your online ordering. If I order online I expect to roll up, roll out and roll up in the privacy of my own home.

I’ve been going to Swell/Curaleaf for years and after going to tru med once I’ll never go back to curaleaf

I have been a regular here for a while and love this place! Today, one of the associates, Ashley went above and beyond to make my experience as wonderful as possible given personal circumstances. Her level of personal care for me and attentiveness to the situation was a true testament to customer experience. Thank you, Ashley.

This place is AMAZING!!!! This is the first facility I came to that actually allows 🐶. For me this is awesome. The OGKB is to die for reminds me of my buds back in Cali. And I love that everyone is so knowledgeable. I take that hour out of my day just to travel here because I know I'm not losing on quality or price. LOVE IT!

Both strains I got claimed online to be almost 30% thc, but after looking at the labels they are both 22%??? This is now the second time this happened in less then a month. I love you guys to death but come on. I was excited to burn that 30% candy kush only to find out it’s 22 kinda sucks. I’m sure it’s still fantastic but I def would have got something else VS had I known. Happy holidays ✌🏽
