tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

unprofessional and incompetent sold my order I placed to someone else at 5pm Friday!!! Doesn't say much for Their management very poor judgment on TM hiring abilities.

I bought a $40 live resin drip cartridge. its basically empty. opened the sealed package and it has about 20% of the product inside. this tells me this is a old cart. it has evaporated over time or leaked. I renewed my medical card and was given coupons to use at this location. it is not close to me or i would have returned and complained in person.

you cant trust this place they just moved the hours to 7-10pm yet at 930 Sunday the gates are closed and could you cheep bums run some specials like the rest of the places do. No flower till tomorrow. If you want to call it medicine be more responsible with your business and how it effects the rest of us. You can somehow find the keyboard to type a message to tell me there's a sale but you can't ever tell me when you're closing early so I don't get stuck like I did tonight.

On my birthday I visited a few dispensaries and asked for loose herb . I have an allergy to hemp prerolls and can not smoke them . The other dispensaries offered something comparable to me instead of the pre-roll. Tru med offered me a discounted gram of outdoor strain . They were very hard and the staff told me that is why they were on sale . Lol then why sell it ??

trumed is a great place with friendly staff and great meds, I will always come here.

As a first time customer I wasn't offered the deal advertised of a gram of concentrat only the battery or an 8th with the purchase of an 8th..

Waaaaaay too expensive. I used to visit this place at least 2 times a week. Stopped after I realized they were trying to pull some funny business when they lost patients points. Flower is great and expensive, concentrates are weak and expensive.

I have been to "tru|med" quite a few times. I don't know if I will make the drive anymore. My problem was one time I bought some wax and it was as bunk as could be... couldn't even smoke it as it didn't look, nor taste right (messed up purge? There goes $40...). Last time I went in, I bought some flower and when I examined the bud I thought maybe it had some mold on it... bud was a little moist. I don't know what Tru|med's policy is on their bud/other product inspection, but I hope they don't let quality fall just because of the amount of patients that go there.

Bought a pre roll that burned so poorly that the alleged "30% THC" bud hit me like goat weed

I've noticed lately you guys haven't been texting about new strains on the menu (wouldve really liked the GSC and Northern Lights), kinda bummed I wasn't given a heads up. Also, I work a full time job, but it seems like a lot of patients dont. As a result many of the FAV or rare strains are cleaned out before I can even get there on my lunch break. Been coming here for over a year, patient 384 I think. You guys have definitely gotten more popular, which is great, but also making it much more difficult on me for getting the strains I like. Can this be improved? (Maybe limit rare strains to no more than an 1/8 per patient so more ppl can get a taste, or allow meds to be set aside in advance, you guys used to do this for me in the past, but the past two times I tried that I showed up and no one had set my order aside). Still coming back, but really wish this could be improved. Thx guys.
