tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

I refuse to pay the new prices but came in for the 90 dollar quarter's. It was just ok nothing like the quality it used to be and certainly not for these prices. I think the problem with the flower that I picked up was that it was too fresh package listed harvest date 9/12 and I purchased on 9/25 there's no way you can properly dry and cure flower that quickly. I always hear the person that runs the social media page say it wont make it on the shelf unless it's done properly and that is a straight up lie. Clearly you are going downhill fast if you've read the reviews. I hope you guys figure it out and get back to pumping out the quality that everybody says good things about

True Med is/was the gold standard in quality flower in all of the whole state of Arizona. You would be hard pressed to find higher quality flower anywhere. Been spending all my hard earned money on their homegrown medicine for 5 years strong.. The bud tenders are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. As the word grew that this is "THE" place to get the best of the best in high quality flower the lines got longer and longer and the availability of top shelf flower began to slowly lessen and sometimes became virtually non existence. So here lies the problem, for the common patient without deep pockets. With the demand so high and the quantity so low, September 1st 2020 came the ULTIMATE gut punch. In the middle of a pandemic where economic restraints are at an all time high, come the great True Med price increase. Good product or in this case the best product will always see a price increase. Maybe $5 on an 1/8th or $10 on a 1/4. But these ruthless money hungry owners increased the prices dramatically. 33% price hike gets you an ounce of the best flower in AZ for a mere $456 out the door. What patient in their right mind can afford that? September 1st i cashed in my rewards, bought my last 1/8th and said my goodbyes. To be treated like this during a pandemic is unconscionable. Grow science and Mohave are not quite on par quality wise, but now I don't have give a pint of blood to get my medicine.

Quality went way down prices went way up .. they say there weed is grown organic which i believe to be a lie.. on the flower packaging it says chemical additives: botiancare nut, pre pro bloom, cal-Mag, liquid karma, pulvex, sweet hydroplex, pH up, and pH down.. I’m not an idiot I know these aren’t organic. So are you lying to the patients or what? Cause it’s suppose to be medical .. remember “Tru Med”

Great flower but the bud tender explained to me that they are getting ready for recreation to take effect which is why they raised prices. med patients now are having to pay the increase

Price gauging. Ridiculous prices. Raised prices 30% overnight in middle of pandemic simply because it was a good financial move. This is supposed to be medicine, not a simple item that’s price adjusts to supply and demand.

I drove an hr each way and waited 35 min in line just to be told they couldn't honor the flash sale price for platinum tier because "sauce" isn't included even though all postings did not exclude sauce they actually said "no limits". Manager wouldn't even come out to see what was wrong after being asked by an employee. Another employee even agreed it was insane they wouldnt honor it when it was their fault. So much for "NON PROFIT" I will be ok after this ridiculousness... but it's the other chronically/ terminally ill patients dealing with this awful service I feel bad for. They are loosing a loyal customer I religiously spend atleast 900$ a month at this store, That will now be going elsewhere.

Trumed was the king of cannabis in AZ until they fell apart just like the real king -Elvis: When Trumed opened 6 years ago they were the young Elvis. A little over a year ago when they ceased online ordering they became the fat Elvis. Today their weed is average at best and overpriced. Read the reviews. They are now the dead Elvis.

Horrible customer service! Outrageous prices and not even that much of a step in quality compared to other flower. These guys act like they have the holy grail of flower.

Love Tru|Med. but their new point system is a joke. 25 purchases over $50 to get a free 8th lol..i spend 100 each time that's 2500 for a free 8th.. all about the money and not the patients that are in pain and in need of good meds.

Well first I want to start off by saying the flower is the best in az,the budtenders service is just as good. But the management is lacking customers service...I say that because they keep saying that everyday they sell out of trumed flowers but the truth is the flower never makes it to trumed store. And if it does it small amounts of it ,If you look into it drip is at every dispensary in west and north phoenix and drip uses trumed flowers to make there products so it never makes it to the store. its sold before they even think of the flower user that walk into their own location which sucks for me cuz I only smoke flowers. But It is what it is .till management realizes that they need to supply their on customers before they push that promo garbage on us. so till then trumed is a hit or miss place if you ask me. so stay on leafly you might get lucky some time

I have been a medical patient of TruMed since their first few months in business. They have always had quality products and great service. However, since the governor withdrew the authority for local officials to impose mask-wearing requirements on businesses, they have decided to no longer require masks for employees or customers. Business owners still have the authority to require mask wearing. By not doing so , the owners of TruMed are disrespecting both their own employees as well as their customers by substantially increasing the risk of Covid-19 transmission.

The second recreation passed, the term medical cannabis vanished with many of these dispensaries. there's no difference in being a medical patient than being a recreation patient besides how much you can have. This dispensary came into this industry to offer an alternative for sick people, those sick people now can't afford the alternative. This cannabis costs about 300 times what the pills that nearly killed me cost. it sure feels like an HIPAA and Ada violation that I have to declare I'm a sick person in front of recreational people and then compete with them for access.

Not even Jungle Boys flower at TLC Collective in California is this expensive, tax included! What happens to your prices when Arizona goes recreational??? I've got my hand vertically pressed against my nose like Curly from the Three Stooges ready for those eye gouging prices. 😂 You will only being taking advantage of new consumers that don't know any better.

WHAT HAS GONE WRONG!!! From the crappy lines and the way online orders are handled. To mold popping up in bags. I've been smoking Presidential OG from TruMed for YEARS and the batch I got yesterday was the WORST Prez I've ever had. I've tried to hang true to Tru but too many changes have negatively impacted the experience and the product. 👎🏽👎🏽

This place has hit rock bottom and they don’t even realize it. I advise all the bud tenders to start looking for work elsewhere.

So I was luck enough to grab that Hans Solo Burger, I've had it before and it was pretty tasty. Well this quarter ounce was harvested on march 1st. That's three weeks ago. If I'm paying for top quality then I should get it, not a dusty, dry with almost no smell or trichomes bag of crap. I have been a loyal customer for 10 yrs but I can get the same quality for alot less and alot less hassle. So until I'm in a serious pinch then I won't be returning if this is what your pushing. I could go on about the greed of this establishments owner/owners, but it just wouldn't matter, would it?

Been coming here regularly since about 2014, but I'm officially done and will go somewhere else next time. Did these guys get bought out by someone? Because their flower is, right now and for the last few months, no better than any other dispensary and I'm not sure what's going on. I used to recommend this place all the time but I simply can't when their products aren't even close to what they were even at the beginning of this year. Also, my budtender was not very friendly and seemed to not be in the greatest mood, but I can completely understand that because I'd be really mad if my company was tanking like Trumed currently is. Really sad, I'll miss Trumed's old quality of cannabis products but I can get the same stuff for way cheaper most other places and will do so from now on. They've had plenty of time to fix the problems they have and have completely failed.

Overrated. Extremely overpriced and greedy. Not worth the price for what you are getting quality wise at all. They have consistently been one of the most expensive dispensaries for years and they still raise their par average weeds to higher price levels. and this makes the other dispensaries think they can too. Higher than black market ever was almost a decade ago. Not worth it i swear. Its all a flashy show. They are a pretentious / arrogant company. They dont care about about real medical people at all.

They got recreational prices not medical prices .. what in tarnation !!
