The top shelf weed being pushed through is not good at all compared to what i am used to from trumed. There has been no true indicas just a bunch of hybrids they are not selling any of there good strains anymore just pushing mediocre top shelf hurt them with your wallet and maybe they will do better and the wait is not worth it so annoyed with trumed

Overpriced. Quality is middies at best. Use to have quality flower.

I've always loved the Top Shelf flower here but compared to the top shelf at other dispensaries, always felt Trumed was pretty overpriced. Silly me, when new pricing was announced, I just assumed it would be a drop in prices, so I was pretty stoked at the thought of making this my new "go to" dispensary. But these new, higher prices? Holy cow, WTF? I can't see ever being able to justify stepping foot in here again. The flower here may be a bit better than other places around town but now it's literally twice what I pay for Top Shelf elsewhere and it sure isn't twice as good.

They got recreational prices not medical prices .. what in tarnation !!

1st goofy ass place I've seen with a sign that says masks "NO LONGER REQUIRED" as if they're proud to be dumb with Ducey. Turning it into a political statement by saying respect everyone's wishes? Fuck all that. Besides this they have the WORST line system and a security guard who is more interested in smoking primetimes and trying to hit on girls than controlling the line. Better growers are popping up so I won't be coming back here.

Tru mids!!!!!!!! 55 dollars for PGR’s. That’s how you get cancer doesn’t even hit that hard. They use PGR’s and it’s still mids haha. I get paying 55 and one bowl I’m high but 55 smokin the whole eighth in a day no thank you. Bye bye tru mids. Maybe take out the PGR’s your weed might taste a little better who knows.

while the quality of their products were good and their employees were friendly, I was still pretty uncomfortable being inside of here. while I was there, I saw multiple employees walking around either not wearing masks at all or wearing them incorrectly/unsafely. my roommate is high-risk and their safety is a priority of mine, and I was disappointed to walk in and see so many people not taking precautions seriously. if it wasn't the only nearby place that had what I needed in stock, I would've left immediately. haven't had any issues anywhere else. I get that masks are uncomfortable sometimes, but I wear mine for 9 hours a day while at my job and I don't find it hard to keep on. won't be coming back because I did not feel safe here.

they have MORE than tripled the prices for so-so products. I certainly won't drive from Mesa again.

Tru mids is the worst dispensary ever... just bought a mids eighth of purple skittles for $60 and it smokes like Reggie. Never again ever.

Quality isn’t worth the wait. Wait isn’t worth the service you’ll receive inside. Once you’re inside, they rarely have top shelf. But miraculously always have another shipment coming in that night. SO DISAPPOINTED IN TRU MED TODAY! Presidential OG dropped today and everyone knows that. I placed my 1/2 oz limit order at 8:31 AM, at 8:39 AM I received another text saying my order was being prepared, at 8:52 AM I receive another text saying my order was ready for pick up! I arrive at Tru Med and I'm the 8th person in line. I check in and inform the front desk that I will also be shopping for more. At 9:25 AM as I'm about to be called in I get another text saying " Hi, there so sorry but we have 1/4 left of Presidential. Would you like to do the other 1/4 of SFV OG or Grape Gas #7 ? Again so sorry." I'm sorry but that just sounds like shady business practices and not cool at all! Sounds like someone pulled a 1/4 of Presidential OG from my order. I've been coming here since Tru Med has opened the doors but this type of stuff is unacceptable and unprofessional. It took Tru Med half an hour to realize my order was short?? Sounds suspicious.

Not the deals I remember that’s pretty much the old price 85 a quad the old deals were 300 an ounce top shelf and u would sell out of everything those days obviously not the same deal considering u didn’t sell out of those strains

If you think Tru meds has designer/premium cannabis, then you deserve to get robbed from here. And you probably don’t know much about quality/healthy cannabis. Price increase is ok if the meds are up to date which they aren’t. Guarantee nobody writing positive reviews knows what pgrs are. I’ve had buds with multiple nodes for Christ sake which isn’t healthy. Designer/premium/dank cannabis is NOT sold here and you are getting FINESSED. The industry is a JOKE.

I have never written a review for anything ever before, so this will be my first. I, myself am I’m the industry, and have never before experienced such terrible customer service at a dispensary. First off, my friend and I came in together. It was both our first time. Checking in, the guy at the receptionist desk was extremely rude to the both of us. Obviously, we came together, so I am standing next to her, and he yells ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ as he’s checking her in. It’s obvious he wasn’t aware that we were trying to check in together because he was too busy being rude to patients to see that. Second, the bud tender who helped me was beyond weird, and made me uncomfortable. And when I told him I was a DA and gave him my card he, questioned my employment. I told him where I worked. And apparently that wasn’t enough for him, so he asked me to show him my bank statement!!! And he also asked to see my check stub!! Who is he to ask me for any of that confidential information???!! I have been to over 15 different dispensaries in the valley, and not ever have I been asked that! Also, being in the industry, and getting shown DA cards from other agents, I have never once asked to see either of those two things. Hands down, rudest employees ever. Very disappointing dispensary. That dude should be fired for asking to see my personal information after showing him my VALID da card.

Honesty? Fairness? In a recent review I noted the percentage of THC in the current batch of King Louie,dropped from 28+% to 22+%. I have been waiting for King Louis to drop and was ready to spend $$$$+. By T.M. displaying the Current, Correct THC TESTING RESULTS! I was able to save Time, $$$$+, and disappointment of spending $$$$$ In an subpar product So thanks?, For being True? Honest? Meds? Heck it's in the name( TM don't forget)

Don’t ever give out 1 star reviews but this place is trash. Flower is pretty much all of the same pheno’s, just crossed. Employees don’t enjoy the job and most likely are there for the free weed. No separate line for medical and recreational. No more FTP deals. This place capitalized on the free market and here everyone is still vouching best flower with the leafy ass cuts. Genesis Bioceuticals and Sonoran Roots are the next come up. F*** TrashMed

Just tried the GG10 I got this morning, and it's about half as good as the last time I bought it. I bong ripped an entire bowl and am not feeling much, just like the tropicana one. Went and smoked another strain from another grower and almost immediately felt effects. This is really disappointing, I basically just wasted my money and allotment for very sub par flower. Another lost customer. I get it, theres a pandemic going on, but I didn't have any problems adjusting my department of about 50 people, was smart/aware enough to buy thousands of N95s and P100s back in early January for my employees. I'm seeing what companies are competent and actually ready for anything lately and if a minor to moderate pandemic like this can destroy a DISPENSARY that shows how laughable their leadership is. Don't worry, many many businesses' leadership doesn't cut it either so there's that at least. Zero excuses, as long as there's electricity and working cars, I expect excellence, the grow team is able to properly isolate from the world and from themselves even wearing surgical masks on the property if they have to. Grow Sciences is only having about 5-10% of the problems Trumed is having. Go buy their flower instead. It's getting better every grow cycle.

if they honestly took away online ordering for top shelf flower, that is despicable. i live 45 minutes away. i understand maybe not allowing online orders before the physical doors open, but online ordering is one of the best parts of the mmj industry. stop making up all these little rules, like limits to 1/2 oz or no online ordering or deals, and stop changing them every week and wondering why people are upset. i feel bad for the budtenders at this point.
