Logged in to my loyalty account today and my points weren’t added after my nearly $400 purchase yesterday. Not the first time I’ve had a problem with the program.

This place used to be awesome. Now it blows. Really awful selection on bud. Been like it's consistently going down the past few months.

Price went up and quality went down. The owner is a complete clown and treats people like crap. Poor customer service and business practices. No one should ever go here. They don’t care about anything but the almighty dollar. why would anyone support a place like this?

I grabbed and eighth of the white bubba and I was so disappointed! The flower was incredibly dry, not sticky in the least, and lacked smell and potency. It wasn’t the quality I’ve come to expect from tru med nor was it worth $50 for the eighth 👎🏼

another greedy overpriced low quality dispensary who screwed over med patients and increased prices due to rec. rec customers clearly have no idea about what true quality is. i will never return rec and the dispensaries ruined it for medical patients

This has been my favorite dispensary since moving here 3 years ago. In my opinion they have just about the best flower in AZ. However, the recent price change will effectively stop me from purchasing their flower again. I got ounces for 300 back home where weed is still illegal.

YOU people must be out of your freaking mind, your price increase is outrageous! when you start losing business because people cannot afford your prices, please let me know how that works out for you. maybe be satisfied with being a millionaire and not a QUASI-MILLIONAIRE.

They should just convert to delivery only, the quality of service is beyond repair.

my first visit was okay, my budtender was friendly. my 2nd visit was horrible, my budtender was very aloof and acted like, How dare I ask for the less expensive stuff. He was not happy to be there he seemed to have no time for me, like I was inconveniencing him. y'all fit right in with big pharma

This isn’t the place to go right now. They have handled this pandemic wrong... no online ordering, let me just go sit in Phoenix where there’s god knows how many cases and wait for an hour. Other shops carry DRIP, try them if you want dabs, as for flower place was the go to, bees knees, that isn’t going to change. And I get the “drought” but you seem to be the only ones who missed purchasing. I get Jolly grows good weed, but Jesus guys figure it out and help those who are immune weakened the ability to get flower. 2/10 - patient accessibility 3/10 - Customer service and handling 6/10 - overall product Come here post pandemic it might be back to some some of normal.

So this place is to expensive you can go down the street and get double for what you get here and they only let you redeem one pre roll ever. Just lost my business sorry folks

This place was my go to for awhile now after it was recommended to me by a co-worker. Living in Gilbert I of course used the online ordering to make sure what I wanted will be there when I arrive. As of today I haven't shopped there in months because the good flower hasn't been on the menu for a long time. Now they get rid of online ordering for top shelf flower because of their inability to properly keep it on the shelves. I've worked with three grows in AZ and I have never heard of Tru|med's in between harvests excuse. That's called poor planning. I've seen some crazy MMJ license restrictions in AZ so maybe they can't expand the grow they have but then they need to find a new one. A place like Tru|med is subject to being bought out by one of the national brands out there and it could be for many reasons. All mom and pop dispensaries are subject to this. How do I know? I work for a national brand on the corporate side and it happens all the time in AZ and the rest of the country. Even when they don't wan't to sell they sometimes have to. This is a highly regulated, expensive industry to be a part of and your business side needs to be on point. I want Tru|med to get back on track and hopefully they will b/c when firing on all cylinders they are the best!

Use to be my favorite shop in AZ but this place has turned to shit ! This past month they barely had ANY cannabis like none. The top shelf when they actually have some available is not At all top shelf quality but top shelf pricing. I’m going to have to find another way to get quality product cause it is no longer here and no it’s not my first time coming here I e been a loyal customer that has spent thousands here

Complete joke. MMJ isnt recreation. They should close doors until able to do business competently. Any dispensary is better at this point in time. Queue the "We're sorry you feel this way and we're doing everything we can" reply. Save your breath. Worst business practices I've ever seen.

I wish my buds looked like the ones in the picture, or in the jar. So leafy and airy. They let you pick but all you can see is light reflecting off plastic. Sorry, not impressed by your Over Promise, Under Deliver business practice.

So I bought some Apple fritter , I had sooooooo many seeds in my quarter !!!! SMH

Bud tenders were always laughing about patients in front of patients on multiple occasions, very unprofessional. Yeah the quality is good, but now that prices are higher than high really not going back this puts the cherry on top of bad customer service. Sorry not sorry.

You guys are outta your minds! $55 1/8, $105 1/4 & excuse me $420 for an OZ....you guys are nuts! Who do you think is going to spend that type of money for flower? Who do you think has that type of money to blow on flower today in 2020? Much better pricing, product and deals elsewhere, I won't be back. You lost another one...see ya when I see ya!

Tru Med has turn into Truhassle! Tru Med is not open at 8:00. I get there and the Guard tells me that that can not change the time on their menu on Leafly. I have herd dog ate my homework stories before, come on now, but this one is weak. When you can change the menu and the products you sell but not the time? The Guard tried to justify that the had a sign on the front door area, but if the gate is closed, you can not see it from the street DUH! Loren you are better than that.

Always sold out of top shelf and rest of flower is poor quality not worth spending money on
