tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

Real quick, I'd say most of the reviews are not helpful to people who have never been to this dispensary. The reviews are more directed towards the free pre-roll you receive for leaving a review, and don't answer any questions FIrst Time Patients might have. Information like that, helps people who are going to be First Time Patients (FTP). Also, in regards to FTP's, you CAN NOT use the 4 gram / $60 sampler deal AND get the free gram FTP deal in the same visit. No biggie, just something to note. The prices listed for the product are before tax, so 8-9% is added to the total. I was reading through reviews and saw no one mentioned that. Being some places had tax added into the price, something to note. ~ My first time visit, I tried Grimace OG & Pure Kush. Looked at about 11 jars, 7 being OG's or Kush related... so variety was limited. Some jars were 'guest strains' but reduced price -still all looking top shelf, & high quality. Hand trimmed, smelly, properly cured buds! The flower is pre-packaged that they sell, so the jars are just the cream of the crop in terms of 'what's on display'. I will say though, the bud in the package is VERY close to what's in the display jars - & you also are allowed to look & pick the gram, or eighth, etc. that you want. So pro's and con's like any place, but defiantly one of the BEST dispensary's in Arizona, if not arguably the BEST. Most Expensive... but Highest Quality. All i know, is both I tried were great and I'll be returning soon! Much appreciated Guys!

This place is simply the best to acquire meds. I've been to many dispensaries and clubs but none have come close to TruMed. As long as their quality keeps being top notch, they will keep me as a customer! Quality over quantity always.

My fiance and I recently visited Tru med after months of passing by to pick up our checks. Finally stopped in and now regret not coming in sooner. Thank you Scott and Colston fir excellent services.

5 stars all day every day! I love this place and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else unless absolutely necessary for a specific strain or something. The BEST flower in Arizona and by far the best staff that makes you feel like family every time. I hate to leave a good review because it means you'll just get busier!

This is a very clean, organized, and professional yet fun feeling environment. You can tell the employees are passionate and know what they are talking about - very helpful and informative, welcoming hospitality. The flower is top quality, very clean tasting, high potency. There was care put into growing these flowers, and they grow it all themselves which is nice, because you know the source and they can account for every step of the growing and curing processes. Spent 1 hr. Driving, over 1hr. Waiting only to find you can only purchase 1/4 of flower per type per day. 1st off you guys need better pre planning on rotation and quantiles grown to meet ur demand versus having to put in guest strains that are mid to low quality. Next thing you know you push harvesting to soon. Most of the flowers need at least another 2 weeks grow time compared to ur current harvesting standards. Next issue : does weight and measures check and verify ur scales? Weigh out at home had all 1/4's different weight and all of the reserve 420 cartridges have a different level of product when compared ? Last: ur preorder process simply sucks. People who come into purchase without preorder are much longer to serve. These preorders should be done in a separate area not at the same place same time. Things really seem to be trending downwards. The Force is not strong!

This is the place to go for top shelf meds! Everything I have tried here has been good, but the Blue Dream is amazing! I have been smoking for 25+ years and this is in the top 5! Also, the Orange Crush and Tangie were exceptionly tasty. The only negative of this place is having to drive to the ghetto, but the buds are worth the drive!

Staff super friendly, dispensary has a cool setup that really allows you to see all the product. They remember me whenever I stop by. Flower is great, prices are reasonable and there's always some sort of special going on.

Great Meds even though I live pretty far from here I will return for the gram sampler deal..the service was great and the people were helpful and polite

preorder was cancelled due to item soldout..went to 1hour later to try and order online again and the same strains are still posted as instock. so which ones are soldout and which ones are in stock? concencrate menu needs to be updated frequently.

This place has an amazing selection and all the employees I’ve ever interacted with have had such excellent and welcoming customer service! I also really appreciate that the salesfloor is open and simple, making it easy to navigate, and which is especially useful in eliminating any need for employees to walk you through the store to the location of each different product. As far as product recommendations are concerned, if you’re debating at all with yourself over whether or not their exclusive PAX Era device and accompanying pods are worth it, the answer is yes. At least that’s just my opinion, but I can confidently say it’s easily the nicest device I’ve ever owned, particularly considering the price of the Era and the longevity the pods provide (most specifically in comparison with a basic ccell cartridge.) I’m not gonna lie, I’m pretty excited to work my way through the long list of different strains it has available!

My go to shop in the valley best quality flower hands down. However, I have been disappointed with their flower selection for what seems like the past few months. The menu is always full of mid-tier product with less and less top shelf. It seems as if the majority of the top shelf flower is going to their Drip brand. Don't get me wrong, most of the Drip products are good. But as someone who mainly smokes flower its unfortunate that I can't ever find any of the strains that I've come to love over the past year. It's either not in stock or grams only. If we could just put a little more focus on the people who smoke flower and not just the extract smokers I wouldn't have a need to shop anywhere else.

I have been to maybe 15 different places because this place is so far from where I live and always find myself going back here and very happy Everytime...I lived in casa grande for a couple years and would drive here to get my meds... That should give you a idea of the level of quality this place is performing at...also the only Arizona dispensary that made it in High Times for top dispensaries in the US... This was not a mistake by high times! :)

The order online experience was great. The quality of the flower was off. The flower smelled old and was extremely dry (like nirvanas flower) Mid tier is usually amazing and I understand it’s not their best flower but I don’t think it’s okay to sell extremely old/dry flower (throw it away) I was so sad when I got to my car , the smell usually takes over but this time it smell like dry herbs lol

I had a great all around experience, Seth is awesome! Made my experience the best I’ve had in a very long time. The wait times may be lengthy, but they’re handling it to the best of their ability. The facility is smaller and can’t fit that many people in the building hence why everyone is waiting outside. I haven’t been to a dispensary in the last month where the wait time hasn’t been over 45 minutes and with 420 right around the corner, everyone wants to have a good time In quarantine. My advice is to come prepared for a wait and don’t complain, wear a mask and bring something to read while you wait for the best weed or concentrate in Arizona!

As far as quality goes you won’t find anywhere better. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful but the wait times have been outrageous lately. Don’t show up expecting to wait outside for less than an hour. I hope they figure it out soon because they’re flower is unmatched

Their should be a higher discount than 5 %for medical Veterans. Is this how we should say thank you for your service?

They have a great selection to choose from for different price points (quality flower will be expensive of course). The staff is always friendly and willing to wait while you decide what you want.
