tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

I come here every few days and its normally fantastic. Today they were entirely out of every form of concentrate (except keif which isn't really a concentrate). This isn't a terrible thing, companies run out all the time and TruMed is getting more and more foot traffic. But the reason I'm leaving a slightly bad review here is the lack of notification that an entire wing of your product line was out of stock. Now, you will probably call it my fault for not checking the menu, and to be fair the menu reflects the lack of concentrate. But I get a text message every week or so detailing your specials, and so it logically follows that you can notify your customers that concentrates were out of stock. Then you also get the rush when you announce via text that they're back in stock. I just would like to see you guys use that system of yours for something forward-thinking and different, instead of just basically spamming us with ads. Anyways. I'll be back to the store of course, but not until concentrates are back. Sorry to leave such a melodramatic review, but squeaky wheels get grease and all that...

Exceptional facility, staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, knows just how to gauge patient preferences with a in-depth understanding and passion for their product. Some of the best tasting concentrates I've ever had. Two thumbs way up!

Really convenient and always has respectful staff willing to help you with anything you're looking for. Top quality meds from a great looking dispensary inside and out. Prices are worth it especially with how many deals go on👌🏼

Hands down best og‘ s in AZ. The problem with dispensaries here is that they rush the process and cure improperly to meet demand . Trumed is not one of those facilities. These guys clearly know what their doing and understand the patience it’s takes to produce high quality tree consistently. Well done

best place in the east valley

TruMed consistantly has some of the best flowers in town and seem to carry the standard by which most other dispensaries aspire to achieve. It is obvious that they have a grower who is passionate about OGs and even their concentrates are consistantly on point. The staff and management have always been friendly and professional. In my opinion TruMed has inspired everyone else to step up their game so the Phoenix area is a better place because of them.

The most valuable service they offer is their knowledge and ability to help the individual for their specific needs. Something many other dispensaries lack. If you have questions or just generally want help finding that right strain/form that works for you, I definitely recommend this establishment and the best part, their products are a much higher quality and better experience overall. A+ across the board

I am 34 and have never smoked before. I used pain meds for a long time. My doctor helped me get my MMC and I found TruMed right by my house. I knew next to nothing going in. I cant thank NATE enough for all that he did. He took a complete newbie and walked me through everything. He showed me what would be best for my pain versus stuff for sleep. He even showed me all the great edibles, since I am currently on oxygen, so that I didn't irritate my lungs more. I left having spent exactly what I could afford while still getting the exact product I would need to improve my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH NATE. I will be back for sure.
