So I’ve been coming to Upstate Canna Co for a few months now, I have NEVER had a bad experience and I know most of the bud-tenders by name. It is a bit pricey but such is the area we are in 🤷🏻‍♂️. Last couple times I was here Rock gave me some incredible recommendations including a small pack of pre rolls of a strain called Quit Playin’ ! Absolutely outstanding. Always great quality and a wonderful experience. SHOP HERE

10/10 experience. I’ve smoked for years and was curious about what the atmosphere and experience would be when dispensaries started opening in new york. The gentleman greeting customers was exceptional and the budtenders (Nick was awesome) have also been incredible and helpful every time I visit. Whether youre already a stoner or new to weed, this place will have something for you and the staff are great !!!

Me and my husband are in here every few days, absolutely love that dispensaries are finally open in New York. But these guys are great! Friendly, take time to find what you might like, just all around great people who work there, customer service 💯 on point.

This store opened up within a mile from me and I am super pleased. I have been here several times. I have always had great service, especially when Rok helps me! Really though all the staff has been great. I see negative comments about the lack of displays but I have to say when I step into the weed store, I am simply looking for weed and I am not judging the store based on displays. Who cares! There are also comments about the wait in line, so please just pre-order or go somewhere else, that means less of a line for me :) I like to pay in cash. I, like many others, have other resources/ways to get flower, vapes, etc... but I choose this store when I am in need and they always have the weed :)

When I came here for my first time I was helped by Rok l and he was very polite and also took his time and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend anyone that smokes to come here because they have the best products and also the atmosphere is welcoming

Been going to Upstate Canna Co for the past year now. Every time I go, the staff and atmosphere are wonderful. Not only are they knowledgeable about the products, but the staff seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. I highly recommend you go here for any cannabis needs.

First time at a dispo and it was great! Short wait time great service. Gio M. Was amazing I told him I had no idea what I was really looking for and told me no problem came around the counter and showed me all the pre rolls they had, was able to clearly identify the strains and explain what they were. Recommend a few pre roll options so I picked two out, Super Runts and Blueberry Muffin. I’m 😴 great quality and great customer service will definitely be back!

The wait was very quick even with 8 people in front if me. First time meeting and working with Rok L as my bud tender, he gave me one of his top favorite edibles. Great attitude, always had a smile on his face, and was a great help. 10/10 recommend him as a bud tender and possibly even a god father to my child. Great guy all around. Selection is large & inclusive. Staff are always pleasant & knowledgeable. Tablets help see products when its busy. Pickup is a great option for a drive home from work.
