Stumbled upon this gem while on my way to my usual dispensary. It was closer to my house so I took a chance. Rene was my budtender and she went above and beyond. I went with my mom and sister and she took care of all 3 of us. We spent waaay too much time at the counter deciding but she was so pleasant and patient. She has to run back and forth for us and we could tell she was putting in effort. It was an incredible first time here and Rene was a great help. I will definitely be back! Those deals were crazy good!

I am always helped at the door with a smile and a good greeting. I am quickly taken to the products I asked about and given lots of knowledge about things because I have anxiety issues and cannot smoke just any marijuana, so there are only a few kinds that work for my condition. I am always helped with people of great knowledge. I also want to give a shout out to Hannah B. Or being a good cashier and getting me extra things even at the cash out register. She was very helpful sweet and nice. I'll continue going to URB in the future.
