Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

Thank you Blake (manager) at UGD. I returned a damaged item (Grow Science eighth pre-packaged) for a full replacement. This dispensary obviously puts patients needs first. I'd like to change my original review, all 5 stars.

From the Sercurity guards that are very kool to the front personal then on to your bud tender and finally I the cashier this is the way to run a great store thank you again Daniel Tattoo neck

Honestly mine and my fiance's favorite part of this latest trip to Urban Greenhouse was this particular security guard by the name of C. NORMAN. He had Exceptional customer service skills even though him taking the time out to deal with us is not in his job description. You guys have a stellar dude there and I really hope he gets shown some appreciation and love.✌

I just wanted to take the time to write about an employee name Julian😍. Yesterday I was waiting in line as a first time patient and I was so confused about the online ordering And Julian helped me out sooo much! I got the best deal and I was in and out within 5 mins! Mind you he hadn’t start his shift and went out of his way just to help me. Best customer service I have ever received at ANY DISPO! Thank you Urban!

Nice place, security could be a lil nicer but it’s nice.

I'm actually to him back by how great of an experience I had a good the flow was and how likely I am to drive out of my way to go to his dispensary.

First dispensary I ever went to after I got my medical marijuana card and the service was great and nice and appreciative and patient with me and they still are to this day

It's one of my favorite dispensaries to go to....the staff is quite friendly and know a good deal a oug the medicine variety available ...and you cant beat the daily deal on. The carts ....or the spotlight grams of SHatteR are always potent 👍👍👍
