really nice bud and friendly staff

A few miles "down the road ", but had what I was looking for. Nice to see an armed guard at the door given the location. Staff members were great as were selection and price. Will go back.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I went before Xmas so they had awesome deals! Can't wait to go again!

I placed a preorder for 2 prerolls and one 1/8 so I checked in and Amy got out of the rec line to help me while I was at the pre-order lane nobody stepped over to acknowledge me as a customer so Amy came to help so only got changed for the 1/8 so I didn't realize till I returned home I was missing one pre-roll so I tried calling no answer so I went back to the dispensary and was not greeted and I approached Adriana to help me she stopped for 1 second to see wat my return was for but then literally walked away while I was still speaking so she went to get tony he helped me understand I was only charged for the eighth but that didn't matter to me my order wasn't right so I didn't care if I had to pay for my 2 prerolls I asked for a preroll for the inconvenience but tony said no but he knew how to fix it he did good by taking off the fee for having to run my card again I live 5 min from harvest Alhambra so it's convenient I hope Adriana is taught the value of customer service and is aware as I am from working for Home Depot for 21 years that customers pay my paycheck the only reason I will return to Harvest Alhambra is because of Amy granted she processed my order wrong but was so apologetic and in our original sale made a great customer emotional connection which we strive to do at Home Depot because it creates loyalty so thank you Amy you are a valuable associate keep up the greaaat service I would like a return call from a manager about Adriana thank you for your time Sincerely Della Negrete

the place is nice product sucked picked up double dream and caviar ,caviar gave me a headache and both had a spicy taste to it like burnt jalapeños

I have tried different dispanary for shatter seems to do the job for me . On there shatters . Also it kind of fast service. And very respectful staff. Would tell people about this location shatter

You put certain THC% on web,get there and THC is not the same !!! Reporting this place for false advertising !!! I know you're going to blame Leafy , they only put down what you send them !! I WON'T BE GOING OR ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AND WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE,NOT EVEN FOR RECREATIONAL !!🖕
