Urban Greenhouse is great! They are extremely fast and the staff takes the time to answe questions. There is a fun atmosphere between employees and customers. They also have great deals. I have never been disappointed!

I like the flow of this specific dispensary. It's a pretty open space since they readjusted everything about 2-3 years back and made it to where patients can enter thru the front entrance of the building as oppose to the side entrance of the building.

I love their flower selection. I’ve never purchased Badflower from urban. I will say that the service is hit or miss. I’ve had bud tenders that were so stunned they could barely understand my order. I’ve also head for customer service on numerous occasions.

Amazing place and some of the best deals around. Staff couldn’t be friendlier just wish there was more organization on the line system of getting in with everything going on. Over an hour wait for an online order pickup when I’ve already received the order is ready text seems quite long. Not knocking the staff they’re doing their best but just expect a wait.

Employees and product have gotten so much better than the beginning. My past few experiences the budtenders have been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about the product. Myrso Rick Simpson Oil has been amazing for symptoms and sleep, definitely recommend.

This place was awesome. My bud-tender, who was formerly a gymnast and able to advise me on what’s best for sports injuries, was amazing. She actually wanted to hear about my health issues and any concerns I had. Seriously, KIMMELEE rocked. She encouraged me to open up. We both causally talked about how our health is becoming more & more important as we grow. Then she began to explain a brand I wasn’t too familiar with called Darwin. My loyalty has been & with Pura & I still do but now I love Darwin too! Also when she had to go grab the meds 2 other tenders were coming up to me and lightly supporting what she said. I know they don’t make. Commission but I also know the cost of things. These dispensaries really should pay out bonuses & commissions! Great work deserves to be rewarded. Yooo, I sh!t you not, even the cashier Sid was a cool cat!
