My first time there I had alot of questions the gentleman was very patient with me answered all my questions. Budtender new what he was talking about. Has alot of knowledge when it comes to the strands and how they effect. Very clean good atmosphere I definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely love urban green house, their interior is classy, welcoming and festive for all holiday seasons! The staff is so polite and patient. I love it.

I liked the all the staff, they were all cool to me, I believe a young woman named Jessica (right????????) helped me, she was very nice, and had an excellent demeanor, as she did her very best to answer my questions. I wound up with my free new patient gram of #BubbleGum, one of my favs, the medicine was drier than what I am accustomed to, sometimes when I go to my actual weed guy, he often forgets to seal the bag, and I am constantly grabbing it and sealing it up nicely, as I make whatever comment I may have made about the precious. Down side of drier meds, they tend to burn up quicker, the upside, however, from personal experience, I have noticed that the drier meds are much more effective, at least psychologically. So, despite it's dryness, I think that the #BubbleGum kicked ass, but definitely NOT a strain that should be sold for $20 a gram, maybe $15 on that one. They have some bad ass pipes, bowls, etc. in this particular dispensary that I would actually come back, at the very least, to get those cool pieces. :) My only beef I have with this place, is, that in their educational materials, they state that their meds are lab tested, however, prior to reading that in the material they provided me, I asked Jessica about lab testing, and she said that they currently do not at this time. I suggest either get them tested or correct the "typeo" in your brochure. #Baked

Absolutely terrible. After getting a text message the morning before coming in for the bogo on pura earth cartridges and telling me they are not doing the special. Get a text message with the deals 20 minutes after I left and said they were doing the pura bogo. Sad to see companies like harvest take over good dispensaries and make them shitty. The guy did not know how to run the system (Jose). Thank you for making me choose another dispensary
