This place is awesome! I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dispensary because of the staff, quality medicine and great deals.

the cannabis is so sticky that you'll be back the next day or that same day for more than a gram. they got first class buds

Uninformed bud tender argued with me about pricing I showed her on my phone and still did not go to the manager to find out if I was right so left without buds call back to let manager know with no Response so I emailed .again no response oh did I mention I'm coming from East Mesa

Love that new Slim Joint. Was recommended to me and it did not disappoint! Great atmosphere and everyone so friendly everytime I go there. The guards that work at the door and in the parking lot are always super friendly and attentive to the security of the lot.

I got 3 prerolls, just wish they weren't so loose. The product is always great! please have Grams for all strains. That's my only request. Otherwise this place is in my Top 3 dispensaries to go to. ☆Keep up the great work☆

This place has changed. I placed an online order and that didn’t make a difference. The security and front desk were very good but after the wait they did not honor my online order so the old bait and hook worked and I had to settle for the snicklefrits that the bud tender was so unhappy to walk over and get. Thank you to the nice girl that walked over to take over “Steven’s” register #2 cuz he was tapped out and customer service was subpar. I’m a combat veteran and only go for certain meds but had to settle on this Memorial Day weekend with what they had to offer. I understand we are going through a pandemic but I expect better. These meds were to salute my buddies lost in combat but I’ll find my medicine elsewhere.

Don’t tell customers bullshit just to sell what you have left in stock because you mess up and say “ your order has been filled “ but it’s really not complete cause you ran out know your product cause she sure didn’t

Didn't have what they advertised here on Leafly; I see many reviews saying this place neglects their Leafly info, even ordering doesn't work. They were supposed to have Heaven Scent with ~26% THC for $70/half, but they had none, and their similarly priced offerings were for pre-ground bud in dry-looking paper packages. We had to bail and check out HWC down the road.

First time in I liked it. Bought a topical and it worked well. Went back to get another and they stopped carrying it. Tried a different one and it also worked well. Went to get another and they stopped carrying that one. Tried another and same thing. Frustrating and overpriced.

put order in for 2 joints...5 hours later my order was ready Called, text & emailed here to cancel 3 hours prior... no one responded, terrible service 😠😠

So I've been to almost all the state licensed dispensaries in the valley, I came to urban greenhouse today, no other dispensary stands a chance. Was greeted by a very nice counter staff, waited just a short time before my name was called, went back to a pretty cool looking back room. The guy that helped me select my medication was super chill and knowledgable. Prices are a little higher than most places, but the medication is out standing! Totally worth it though! Great deals too. A 40 minute drive from my house, but honestly probably going to be the only place I buy medication from now on. I'll see you guys in a few days:)

I was a first time patient this past Sunday and my experience didn'tstart out too well. The first time patient special is buy one get one free anything in the store, which is absolutely amazing. I purchased a 1000 mg cartridge and was supposed to receive a second 1000 mg cartridge for free. I live about 17 miles from the dispensary and when I got home I noticed that I received two 500 mg cartridges instead of the 1000 mg. I was extremely bummed and called the store, was told come back in whenever and they'll make it right. I went back in the following day and after a rocky initial interaction with the GM, Jon, he came thru in the clutch. I received the 1000 mg cartridge and he went even further than that. He comped me a shatter cone and something rolled in a palm leaf that was pretty damn good. I thought the shatter cone was a little better but obviously burned more quickly. I was extremely happy with those items. The PURA pure oil that they have is also top-quality. Could work on the taste just a little bit. Good stuff, good times. The GM Jon at Urban Greenhouse is a class act and I very much appreciate his outstanding customer service and patience with me. Everyone should stop there and check them out. You'll be happy
