Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

Today was my first visit to this gem, and it set the standard for how I rate local dispensaries. If you’re not doing it like Urban Greenhouse, you’re not doing it right. Urban Greenhouse is like dispensaries in Colorado and Washington. Sure, there’s a guard at the door like other dispensaries (in Cortez, CO & Bellingham, WA, I don’t recall security at the door). However, when you walk in the door, the check-in staff isn’t tucked behind bullet proof glass and a muffled microphone. The beautiful young lady at the desk greeted me and smiled. She took my card and state ID (again, first visit). There was no paperwork. Filling out the contact form was optional. Minutes later she gave me back both cards. At all the other places, they pass it along to the bud tender and you get it back later; you know the drill. Nope, she entered my info and quietly called my name to give back the cards; I hate those microphones and muffled voices through that thick-ass glass. Then, I sat right in the middle of the sales floor on comfortable benches for a few minutes while waiting for a bud tender. Some other dispensaries have nasty lobbies; clean your damn couches people! Urban Greenhouse’s lobby is pleasant and comfortable. I’m not sure, meant to ask, if the plants in the lobby planters are real, but they definitely look cool and add to the atmosphere. Next, Jeremiah came to the lobby and called my name. He was super pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained their model, which is amazing. If you’ve never been, I’m not going to ruin it for you. Just go and experience it. If you’ve been and are like me, you probably love their approach. And while I feel like it was my lucky day, I think it was a normal day for them. HG was outside the front door doing a promo. I spun the wheel and walked away with a nice lighter, which is what I wanted. A stoner always needs a lighter. The other stuff was cool, but I didn’t need a t-shirt. I was going to buy a lighter, so winning one was perfect! Halo Infusions & Extractions was inside, and had cool swag. I got to pick (no wheel spinning) and grabbed another lighter. Also, because I made a medical purchase, I got a freebie from Halo - a pack of infused gummies! With the new patient BOGO and Halo sample, I got a quarter of flower, an edible and two new lighters for $38.01. But I got much more than that. I got a good experience and a new way to measure the value a dispensary adds to my life and lifestyle. Side note for my Veteran brothers and sisters - I think they offer a 5% discount.

My all time favorite dispensary in the valley! the staff is great! products are amazing!!!! Let's not mention the deals and specials there always so amazing!!!

On my first visit, the quality about this dispensary that struck me the hardest was the customer service. I was welcomed by a kind, attractive receptionist who explained their process and FREE rewards system which grants you a free eighth for every 500 dollars spent (not bad). After being escorted by a budtender to the selection, I purchased a quad of Sour Diesel, a quad of Mastadon Kush, and three pre-rolls, on top of which they gave me a free gram of bubblegum kush. All the meds were top quality and tasted EXCELLENT while smoking, since everything grown here is organic and soil based. However, I did find quite a few seeds in my batch of Mastodon :( not a big issue, just an inconvenience. The bud was still killer :D All in all, for 73 bucks a quad and great service, I will be visiting this dispensary again.

UGD, on 27th Ave & Indian School, is the best dispensary I've been to on the west side of Phoenix. The atmosphere is so chill and the Budtenders are extremely knowledgeable. I love the open design of the interior, with the Budtender stations, or consulting area, open to the lobby's waiting area. UGD is friendly to pets and even your tag-a-long friends are welcome to sit there and watch all the action unfold! UGD has talented, well versed & knowledgeable Budtenders who are happy to answer your questions and will explain the various flower & products available. Everything at UGD is top notch quality and they are open 8am until 10pm daily!!!

Great place and friendly staff meds could be a lil better. I recently bought a quad and received one for free which was an ok deal but from 2 of the 3 eights i purchase i received tons of seeds. a least 20-25. The flower looked and smelled great but i do expect my meds to be seed free. If theres any good specials i may go again, but not in my top 5 places to go to

First time patient and first visit to a dispensary. Friendly staff at all points of the visit. Went with both types of the caviar....AMAZING! Who knew such things existed. Got a free gram of the mastodon kush as a 1st time patient, which was very good. Will definitely be returning.

this place lost my business. been here three times now and twice it has been just bad. this time I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes after being checked in. never got called back. people who came in after me were going right back. its like they forgot I was there... I'll just go elsewhere now

I like the Thai sticks and they got some of the best flower I choose this as the first dispensary when I go carded

This was my second visit here and I gotta say the staff was friendly and informative. The brownies I bought were delicious and a great mellow high. I'll definitely be back soon.

5 star quality , atmosphere and service . Great product consistently , by far one of my favorite dispensaries in the valley . I love their $10 gram special it's always a good top shelf strain .

Chose the highest tier of medicine available. After getting home I find my 8ths to be filled with 2 different kinds of strains. Neither strain was an ultra premium product as labeled. Better bud at other places for less cost. Shopped here before, it's never improved. Not returning even for another Bogo
