urban greenhouse was the first dispensary I went to shortly after getting my med card in the mail....super awesome! place...beautifully grown strands and no one can beat their first time deal of but one get one free on ANY item....their staff is the greatest super friendly....I highly recommend this place it is my top pick of dispensaries....one thing I love is how well educated the staff is on flower and concentrates.....I also love how they have their crops of flower on camera for your viewing.....staff is always uppity and very sweet! and their supply is A-1 I love it!

I spent like $260 & didn't receive the supposedly free slim j after spending $150. Not cool was looking forward to trying that out

the staff is awesome everyone kept calling me sweetheart. the young lady that helped me was very informational and told me things i did not know which is always nice when you are new to things. also got my first slim joint pen from here and will for sure be back for more of them.

This place has become my favorite dispensary in town. Excellent choice of quality flowers, a large options of high quality concentrates and THE shortest wait time ever!! Stopped by right when they opened and the waiting room was packed... don't let this detour you, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! Love the extended hours and every person there has a positive attitude and have me leaving with a smile every time.

I was very impressed overall, but especially with the staff. Being warmly welcomed by the lovely at the front desk started my first visit right. Then, there was Jen; she was upbeat, extremely pleasant and took her time explaining some of the different products that I am unfamiliar with. I tried my first slim joint and thanks to Jen, I knew what to expect (and what not to!) Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and you guys exceeded expectations and made an awesome impression on this newbie. Thanks!!

I have gone several times over the last year, at different times of year... The flowers are pretty decent, but priced as if they were grown using hydroponics or something... I mainly came for the new slim vape cartridges, they used to have v stick, and believe me these are WAY BETTER, IF you like the cartridges... I had one once that said mmj amount .5g (they are supposed to be 1g cartridges, that's what they put into the system that tracks how close you are to your mmj limit) and they didn't/wouldn't do anything about it which is unfortunate, cuz now I will be buying my slim vape cartridges elsewhere, if I even keep buying them... I buy a 25$ 1/2g concentrate and it lasts me as long as like 3 cartridges, they are pretty weak to be called "hash oil cartridges"... the fact that it's a glycerin tincture isn't THAT bad when it's really strong, but the old v sticks were REALLY hard toe get a hit, you had to suck for like 3 normal measured puffs, and they fixed that, but now they have other different issues. Take it for what it's worth, with a grain of salt, just one man's opinion here.. Never tried their concentrates.

I have been to a lot of dispensaries and this one by far is the best hands down. The people were very friendly and the flower was very fresh and top shelf. Think this is my new spot for sure. Plus their new patient special is awesome!!!

This is my favorite dispensary in the area. The quality of flower and customer service are unbeatable. I appreciate that the bud tenders take the time to educate and introduce new products. There really is something for everyone when it comes to cannabis as medicine, and I appreciate learning from the educated employees.

One of the best 420 experiences I've had. They were super organized, super prepared, and they actually made the wait fun by offering Popsicles and water, The music and vendor room was a nice touch as well, which brought me back in the store with $59 free in points after my visit! Well worth the visit and is easily becoming my favorite dispensarys!!

Who manages this place? It is embarrassing I placed an order last night and was sent an order ready text AFTER THEY CLOSED. Then I tried to order again first thing when they opened and they just cancelled my order and never even made it. What is even going on with this place?

Stop price gouging Ooh La La. if the prerolls are price matched with other cookies Lemonnade products then why not the 8ths? This place really just gets worse and worse.

Their staff has contracted COVID-19 and how close together they work you know it’s spread. They aren’t doing anything about it as a business money is always more important. I’ll never go back.

Used to be my go to until they changed certain business practices that I didn’t like. They used to let you pay with debit and then refund the card fee in cash but now they charge $3.75 to use a card . It’s the first time I’ve ever left a dispensary without anything and that was disheartening. Everything else is great but that experience ruined the allure of that dispensary.
