The atmosphere here was awesome. Clean with a good vibe but the quality of flower and knowledgeability of the Bud tenders were suspect.. Bud tender suggested "Crosswalker" as one of their best indica's.. I took his word for it and didn't really look twice at the flower as I was there for concentrates (the flower was my first time gram) none the less the cross walker literally looks no better than your neighbors backyard-boogie ..I will say however the concentrates I got (Blueberry Headband) was on point, with a great terrpy taste and nice Stoney high. I'd come back for shatter maybe, if no where else is open.

You guys are hustling your customers! Id take my business elsewhere because they're not trying to help you medicate. Theyre trying to make money! Of course anyone's going to buy your 18$ overpriced grams, because your 10$ and 12$ are whack. Sorry for being rude just speaking the truth.

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been too the guy that helped me threw my money in my hand literally thrown at me to top it off I asked for sweet sixteen shatter and he sold the last one to a patient that was behind me in line and then tried to be slick and swapped out the label in front of my own eyes with some other bullshit this is were it gets better the shatter and flower I was sold I no were near what I looked at in the shelf buds are super stemy and as far as the shatter when I looked at it on the shelf the shit I was sold is brown this is the last time I'll ever go here worst place for meds I mean worst place is a joke and I know I was fucked with cause they knew I was pissed one girl had a face of guilt priceless

After having a not so great FTP experience here almost a year ago, I decided to give UGH another shot since I was on the west side of PHX. That was my mistake. My patient educator kept trying to prompt me to use the touch screens and got so visibly annoyed if I would ask any questions at all. If I were an elderly FTP, this could possibly be a very discouraging. I took one look at their concentrates and was completely turned off. Hazy, plant material still inside, and no stability. No thanks! Pricing is ok, but the quality just isn't there. Dry herb had very little of a terpene profile, and they really lack in trichomes too. The check out process is odd and the packaging area behind the glass looks to be a disorganized hot mess. I wish I could of had a better experience and left a better review but I just ended up leaving UGH disappointed. Again. Shame on me this time.

Love their specials. I ended up getting the Tigers Milk Hash Oil Cartridge and the Green and since it was Buy 1 get 1 free. I also got Green Dragon Headband Hash Oil Cartridge. The tigers milk is a powerful Indica, great for sleep and very relaxed. While the Green Dragon is a Great 50/50! I also like how they still have a point system. Just wish they would have a $10 Indica and a $10 Sativa. Instead of just one or the other, which ever is their "special". Also I know other dispensaries do this, but like a wish list. The Sour Patch Kids, you guys had was HANDS down AMAZING. Just wish I knew when you'll have that again. Great customer service as well.

One of the bud tenders handled my concentrates with his hand . Also called to place an order that they said they had in stock but wasn't in stock when I got there , also because they did not have what I wanted in stock they gave me the display concentrates which had been handled more than often .

So far this is my favorite dispensary, they always have great product and prices. I love their vape cartridges, they are often on sale which makes them very affordable. Also, the employees are very knowledgable and professional. They have a nice rewards program as well.

The flower here has always been top notch, and now that they lowered the price to $10 a gram on every strain, this is my first stop for good meds.

This place is the best in Phoenix. Great setup, quick service, knowledgeable staff, amazinggggg flower. The 9 Pound Hammer is excellent, the Faith looks unlike anything I've ever seen, and the Zkittlez smells like Skittles. Will be back when I'm out:)

The atmosphere, product, and employees were sketchy. We tried the cartridges and also flower. It was either wack product or fake. Did feel a slight head change but not like when I blow on some dank. The cartridges stopped producing product after a few times of using it and another customer returning hers as well said the same thing. I noticed they just recently opened but Will not be open long.

This place has become my favorite dispensary in town. Excellent choice of quality flowers, a large options of high quality concentrates and THE shortest wait time ever!! Stopped by right when they opened and the waiting room was packed... don't let this detour you, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! Love the extended hours and every person there has a positive attitude and have me leaving with a smile every time.

Got flower, concentrates and edibles here... edible selection is very limited mass produced junk. No juice, no hard candys that dont taste like yard trimmings. Flower great! In house strains top notch! To bad i dont like burning or the prerolls would be great but i could care less Concentrates. I got concentrate pen from here the furst cartridge leaked everywhere and both tasted rancid 100 bucks down the drain thanks... Stafff is very nice but it takes forever to get in and out of this place... There are three other dispenserys close by with way better selections and prices and no nasty tasting oil pens

Great staff. I came in twice and messed up on my part. They said I could hold my FTP deal until I was ready. Once I save my allotment, I will be back. Great place.
