Horrible management. STAY AWAY they do not stand behind there faulty slimjoints or cartridges. Have had multiple failures with their products. I was a loyal client. I will no longer be shopping here due to the lack of quality and horrendous customer service.

The staff was very professional they have a wide selection. Good prices and has never been too busy when I have visited. I would definitely recommend to any patient

This is a really nice place, super clean, everything is new from the ground up. The location is as bad as it gets with a Motel 6 sitting right behind it, but they do have some serious security guys outside so I felt safe. I’ve been back twice and I do believe their slim cartridges are my favorite!

So far this is my favorite dispensary, they always have great product and prices. I love their vape cartridges, they are often on sale which makes them very affordable. Also, the employees are very knowledgable and professional. They have a nice rewards program as well.

The atmosphere, product, and employees were sketchy. We tried the cartridges and also flower. It was either wack product or fake. Did feel a slight head change but not like when I blow on some dank. The cartridges stopped producing product after a few times of using it and another customer returning hers as well said the same thing. I noticed they just recently opened but Will not be open long.

it was my first time might be my last,bad quality on flower.i picked up 4 flavors 2 were ok the other 2 were just bad.the sour diesel smells nothing like any sour d ive had.i received a free gram and i chose great white shark smh probably the worst of the 4.the j1 smells good but really never felt any high. the moby dick also smells good but not very potent. i just wish i would of gone to my regular shop! one more thing they dont test anything!!!!! i can see why though i would be nervous of getting this mediocre product tested.

I love to come in to UGH from time to time to get something good. if you ever in the area go Urban no time for that domestic flame.

Maybe everybody in your company should be on the same page with rules and regulations so when somebody calls they gave the right information

DON'T BOTHER!! They don't know percentange of THC or anything else because they don't "have them tested"????? Bought OG & Bubblegum last time. Found 12 seeds in 1/8 of OG and 4 in 1/8 of Blubblegum. Called - was told they would make a note in my file and "take care of me" the next time I came in because that shouldn't happen. The next time I went in there was no note to "take care of me" and they said "it's the first we have heard of seeds in our medicine" and stepped away from me with glaring eyes. I shared with them that I knew two others that had the same experience with their medicine recently and they stepped back another step. DON'T BOTHER with this place - I won't be back.
