This place has some legit flower, worth a trip

It's my go to dispensary and I formerly gave four-star review which may have been misleading! Points lost were things Urban Greenhouse had no control over..............like location! You simply must try it for best value, best products, and best people!

Great selection, this place used to put out some serious potency contenders and exotic strains like that flame DJ Short's Blue Berry. This place is still a diamond in the rough in many ways though. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here, after spending $120 dollars I asked for my birthday pre-roll and was denied. It was a day after, don't do birthday pre rolls if you're making people come in on that day. Take it from other dispensaries, being stingy with trim rolls makes your business look amateur. Roll them over for a few days after, people have better things to do then come in on one's birthday. Wax was phenomenal, but elsewhere I get hooked up all the time, the fact that I was told to ask for it, then be embarrassingly denied just reinforces the notion to not shop here again. I don't see myself shopping here again in the near future, heck maybe I'll leave this review for the pre roll you stiffed me on, but my hard earned money is perhaps better spent at a more compassionate facility.

Best group of people super nice. But the product here just not top quality. The cartridges I bought here would not work properly so they exchanged them for flower but. The flower I bought here was so dry it actually start on fire when I light a bowl. Also Not very potent flower. Sorry guys but much better quality out there for the money at other dispensaries. Very disappointed with this place.

I would like to revise my review from the other day. I appreciate the Gm calling me and asking how they can make my experience better. I appreciate that he personally reached out to me, I feel that was above and beyond. I totally recommend the shattered cones! I also recommend paying attention when rating the dispensary, I personally didn't realize the stars I checked were disproportionate to my experience.

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been too the guy that helped me threw my money in my hand literally thrown at me to top it off I asked for sweet sixteen shatter and he sold the last one to a patient that was behind me in line and then tried to be slick and swapped out the label in front of my own eyes with some other bullshit this is were it gets better the shatter and flower I was sold I no were near what I looked at in the shelf buds are super stemy and as far as the shatter when I looked at it on the shelf the shit I was sold is brown this is the last time I'll ever go here worst place for meds I mean worst place is a joke and I know I was fucked with cause they knew I was pissed one girl had a face of guilt priceless

Urban greenhouse has such a friendly staff. I've had nothing but positve experiences from my visits. They have great flower quality medication. That being said, I give a poor review in their vape oil cartridges. I did the buy two get pen free. When I had the 1st problem the staff was nice enough to exchange it out for me. But now 3 oil cartridges and a lot of money later, I'm bummed. The consistency is off and they don't work. Mine have all been too thick and by day 2-3 it's seems completely hard and dried out in the inside and unusable. I've used the oil many time from many places and this is a 1st. That was a lot of money I lost, and didn't get to utilize the product. I wonder if anyone else had had this experience with off batches.

By far my favorite dispensary in the valley. Stopped by the other day for flower and concentrates. Jodese was my bud tender. She was really knowledgeable and very friendly. iy seems like everyone in here was born with a smile. The sour diesel flower and rugburn og shatter were top shelf. I shall definitely return.

my first time visit to urbangreenhouse was the best .their product is the bomb .the staff is very awesome .I was really impressed on how they understood exactly what I needed .thank you Michelle .your the bomb .com .I will for sure be attending more often as it will be my favorite place .I highly recomend this place to any and all people

After having a not so great FTP experience here almost a year ago, I decided to give UGH another shot since I was on the west side of PHX. That was my mistake. My patient educator kept trying to prompt me to use the touch screens and got so visibly annoyed if I would ask any questions at all. If I were an elderly FTP, this could possibly be a very discouraging. I took one look at their concentrates and was completely turned off. Hazy, plant material still inside, and no stability. No thanks! Pricing is ok, but the quality just isn't there. Dry herb had very little of a terpene profile, and they really lack in trichomes too. The check out process is odd and the packaging area behind the glass looks to be a disorganized hot mess. I wish I could of had a better experience and left a better review but I just ended up leaving UGH disappointed. Again. Shame on me this time.

One of the bud tenders handled my concentrates with his hand . Also called to place an order that they said they had in stock but wasn't in stock when I got there , also because they did not have what I wanted in stock they gave me the display concentrates which had been handled more than often .
