Best dispensary in Phoenix as far as quality and price.

Ive been going to dispensaries picking up an oz a week for 3 years now and have never had an experience like this. Person helping me was rude and when i asked which strain was produced most recently she said they both are, i said i think the dates on the back and she reaponds " well i have to close the lid first to flip it over" than proceeded to take the oz to the cash register without seeing if i needed anything else. Than once i add 3 carts at checkout she comes to me at the cash register when another employee is ringing me up and says " u cant add stuff at the register" and i replied that she walked away and i wasnt done with my order she said i walked away first. I said i wasnt going to argue with her about who walked away first and said ok. She then came back and said shes the manager and to not do that again( for the second time) probably to try and assert her manager power. The only thing she did was MANAGE to piss me off. My plug has more customer service than her.

I can say, they go out of there way to make your experience great! The virus has effected everyone. They stay clean and keep us safe. The reason i gave the store 1 star on atmosphere is rhe music changed and i don't like it. It used to be really good and you could tap your foot to it. Now its just dumb, thats the best word i can use to describe it. The employees are great, product great, specials great. Just go back to the regular music please.

Unfortunately for me I visited during the Holidays and it was crazy busy! My budtender was extremely nice, but didn't really explain my FTP deal and than was shown a product I wished go purchase but it sold at as we spoke. Kinda sucked but the meds were great quality and I have tried them once more and that was more positive. Just wish they would have explained FTP and point system so that I could have taken a better look at a great deal!

I love this place! The bud tenders are very friendly and helpful in finding the best medicine for your needs. I highly recommend this dispensary for amazing quality meds. This is my go to dispensary for all my needs. Check out their caviar cones, wow!!

This place is awesome. Great choices. Great prices. Friendly people. This is defiantly my new favorite place to go. And there open all week and later then most places. Thank you guys for taking care of me. My bud tender Ashley was awesome and knew what she was talking about!

awesome set up. very friendly staff. the speaker thing they use at the front counter sucks. kept cutting in and out while the dude was talking to me but other than that everything was good. bought super tasty buds!

Express orders are suppose to be faster, you separate the lines because of it. I watched 8 people get processed in the regular line before 2 people got processed in the express. I don’t mind waiting in the regular line since it seems to process faster. I don’t know your system but if anyone could’ve called me up before they pulled from the other line or just make it one line again but something would be nice so I don’t feel forced to wait in the slower line even though I preordered. Honestly pretty sure it was the bud tender though.

I’m a pretty regular patient and on Monday I was told by Cynthia that no one had time to help me set up the new points program. Mind you they weren’t busy at the time and didn’t I EARN these points? This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with her. Highly disappointed. Always quality product just a few bad apples working there.

Bought a 8th of wedding cake from tru infusion mast bud taste definitely not indoor I wanted cookies bran she convinced it was better never again I literally took a few hits from the blunt put it out the taste is disgusting

UGD used to be my go to! But since Harvest bought them out they have higher prices like $45 for the same 8th I was paying $25 for prior to the sell out. Along with the transition they lost good prices, good Meds, & good service.
