Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

I just recently picked up the Vape pen cartridges and found they leak after a few uses. Also think the oil consistency is watered down & while hitting it the liquid makes popping sounds. Disappointed I spent $ on a gram cartridge and woke up this morning with half of it gone. 😢 As for their flowers they are not top shelf but still good if you get it on sale. Concentrates are good but found better at other dispensaries.

I referred one of my friends to this lovely dispensary, and they definitely hooked me up! I got a free preroll of sour diesel... Super fire!! Will definitely be back and tell all my friends! Thanks urban greenhouse!

went for the oil slim vape pen got blue widow 50 & Skywalker buy 2 cartridges get a pen free was cool, love it, I also got some of the caviar and a caviar cone. the caviar is kinda wack I'll pass next time haven't tried the cone yet tho. did get a free gram of mastodon too I'll be back for cartridge refills.

Quality of the meds , and just everything on point 👌 new favorite dispensary hands down .

This place is super chill. laid back comfortable atmosphere. Quality concentrates and flower. I entered a contest on Facebook and won a oil rig worth more than $200 dollars these guys are awesome.

I guess I got used to the bogo on the pura carts today it's not on and they want 40 for a half cart are you serious. they couldn't even tell me I was at my limit I had to go to another dispo for them to tell me that.

what I liked is the products. what I didn't like, was waiting in line for over an hour with only 5 people in front of me. This location needs to rethink how they help people waiting in 100 plus degree weather. Natures Medicine would have a line of 15 and I'm in and out in 30 to 40 minutes.

the bud is always too dry and over priced you do an online says your order is ready and you go and they dont have your stuff so you wait for nothing some employees are rude no communication no customer services skills and i hear them make fun of patients every time i go to this place... only thing good there is there security they do a good job

It makes me sad because this place used to be my absolute go-to dispensary for years until Harvest bought them out, they had great deals and really solid quality and now it's absolute crap prices and far lower quality for what they do have in stock. Harvest is an absolute garbage company and they ruined a once great place

One they won’t even answer phone and have been open for a hr it’s my bday all I want is info to what they do for bdays I got the phone answered put on hold aka hung up on then called back hear ppl laugh then hang up now won’t answer fuck this place and your service

came in for some shatter and what they show in the display is not what your getting...pretty disappointed, very dark and unsatisfying.

Been coming here for over a yr and somethings changed and due to the reviewed I found out someone bought shop and recked it I'd never go to herbal cause this shop had great meds great prices soon as COVID hit and you couldn't smell or open the jars they took advantage of it and bud tenders were just agreeing to what ever you said I lost over 150 due to what the bud tenders say it's now a hit & miss with quality with these guys

awesome place great service! Only thing us that emoloyees need to be onnthe same page. One guy tells me I can use my rewards points for rec, and than someone else says different, one manager can apply my rewards points but others have no clue how? it just gets annoying getting different information.

This place is alright. They usually always have Connected or Alien labs flower in stock and often get hype drops like Grow sciences and Tru infusions. The biggest criticism i have is the line moves quick and you feel rushed. I feel like i'm putting in an order at a busy food truck rather than a dispensary. it's awkward to ask to see the quality of flower, you don't really know what you bought until you get back in your car.

I pre-ordered 30 mins before arriving and on arrival I see only 4 people in store and no lines at all. how is it that's can drive to your location go to counter order my item and leave all before you guys put one item in a bag then staple a receipt to it the online order service is absolute garbage
