worst place in town. low prices on mediocre product doesn't make up for the uppity service. 5 times I've had issues with them not honoring their specials, they advertise on leafly. they say "oh thats not today" then I ask what day is it then? they respond with "well you never really know what day it is" 4 times I've complained, and they would fix it. but the next time I come in they do it again. You're better off going somewhere else, better quality product and better service is worth it....

This was my first visit and I loved it! Great first time specials and the service is top notch!

This was my 2nd time at Urban and I had the absolute pleasure of having Eli as my bud tender. I must say out of every dispensary I've ever visited in 2 states Eli is the BEST , hands down! He was so knowledgeable about ALL the different products you have on hand. I will definitely be back!!

I wish I could upload photos. I went in because my cartridges leaked and I lost everything. The manager on duty "tested" them and told me they weren't showing signs of leaking. He would only replace one. Just opened it and I now have thc oil all over my hands and the container that holds the oil cartridge is full of it as well. I will only go back here out of pure desperation. This was the final straw for me after crappy customer service on multiple occasions. Don't buy the oil cartridges they will leak and you will waste your money because they won't be replaced.

Great customer service I had an issue with the card not working well at all and they replaced it no questions asked the new product worked great it was great quality but sadly the Wasn’t pressed on all the way so Sadly the whole cartridge late I didn’t want to be annoying and complain about the cartridge again love the location just might think about getting the UGG cartridge again

Leafly was not aquriate with product in store. Urban was wonderful in giving me a deal to compensate for the error. Wonderful customer service!!

Good people and fast workers

I had to say I don't really like coming to this spot I have found another location I do stop in from time to time just to spend money there just to have another store where I can have credit and that kind of makes me feel good me being a low-budget person not having so much so it's it's good every now and then to have that $10 credit knowing you spent around $300 within those two months at that location anyway every time I come in here this service is always lazy towards me or trying to hurry me in and out it's always just what do you want yeah that's the price for that yeah and it keeps coming to the the point of where I feel like this store shouldn't even be an inside location where they should just bring the drive-thru because they really expect you to go to their website I guess if you go to this dispensary you should really be involved in following them because if you plan on just stopping in and checking them out it's not really cool I mean maybe I guess you have to catch them at their best time and for me it's just not fun ..... when they first opened it was fun in the beginning but now towards the end I just fill like this is not a fun location ..after going into this dispensary I just realize why did I even come here when I could have just went to the one I discovered and they do so much at the other dispensary I go to they have a sheet of their sales right there in front of you they have things written on a board as well as monitor is displaying their prices so I just I feel like being at the urban Greenhouse I don't get the same as I would have had another dispensary and maybe that's more reason to move away from Phoenix and go back to Mesa but I will not be coming back fair well I know you will do good with out me

ever since the covid-19 it seemed that dispensary has been not at its peak.this dispensary was known for livelihood and togetherness like a family. I still enjoy my time actress dispensary as I do enjoy the knowledge put forth by the workers. thank you for still being a great dispenser through this whole covid-19 thing.

My girlfriend and I are split on this place. She loves the flower(hasn't actually been inside, I usually make the trek), while I think it's hit and miss. I WILL say the Durban kush was amazing and the hog Thai as well but the last time I got some raspberry cough and it was fairly disappointing. The staff isn't very talkative or helpful if your asking any more than what's a sativa, Indica or hybrid, which is shown on the display and doesn't say much. Maybe I'm a little more enthusiastic than they are about marijuana cause I can go on all day! I'll keep trying them out periodically but the staff should definitely work on they're service, we want to feel welcome there just like you would!
