Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

I love this place. I rented this a 4 for quality but don't let that stop you from coming, they have a great variety and their inventory changes all the time. This is good and bad, good because you can try so many different strains but, the negative is it may not be there the next time you go, even if it is the next day.

This dispensary doesn't even use Leafly! Waste of time.

My initial experience wasn't great, but they made sure to right the ship. Product is great and newly renovated place looks awesome! Overall good experience.

I haven't been here in a minute. I just had to stop to check them out again. I miss coming to the Urban greenhouse I recommend anyone to come here. they have some great selections. It mandatory you come here.

I want to start off by saying I've been coming to this location for a month straight now and I've NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Urban is always busy. But that has never stopped the staff from giving me the highest standard of customer service I've experienced at a dispensary in Arizona . Today was very disappointing.I came to the location around 1 pm inquiring about my allotment so I can determine what yo pull out of the bank . The woman at the front desk was rude and indifferent . I understand that she was busy and she looked stressed .That's still no excuse to be rude to a normally happy and easy customer. The final straw is whn she answered my question with a attitude like I was bothering her and then slammed my med card on the desk whn I had my hand out for it . I work in the customer service field and this is piss poor standards at best . I really like this location and I had decided to make it my home location until today . I hope yall talk to her about this review

MyRSO and the terp sauces are my favorites here. i try to go here everytime I'm on that side of town but today i made a special trip just for a terp sauce special and it was a bit disappointing, apparantly the specials they text aren't accurate, only a $10 difference but was more frustrated that someone argued with me and tried to say it wasnt their text and kept arguing with me until I clicked the link and it went directly to the UGD specials page on leafly, then she stormed off mumblimg about coworkers. I didnt really like the insinuation that i was lying or trying to be deceitful, then on top of that i still didnt get the price stated in the text and the link. Not cool. I thought i had been a pretty good customer but didnt feel like it today. i appreciatte the specials, especially since the governor closed my shop and my income has been completely cut but if you advertise a special and someone drives all the way from Mesa, just honor it without giving the customer a hard time. i like going there but think I'll wait untilI things are back to normal. maybe then your manager/employee? won't be so stressed/angry. Ypu got 2 stars because there have been good experiences, I've had a lot of nice budtenders before and the greeter/go between guy tonight was super cool.

This is the slowest dispensary in Phoenix nobody has a sense of urgent whatsoever!! Only come here if you have tons of extra time to wait around!! Lazy people for real!

the website says they open at 8am . I understand we in a lock down but it doesnt say anything about the new hours . I been calling and no answers , plus the website is down . so if someone can put up the hours of new operation . that be great .

I love everything about the dispensary but I dont like the long lines outside in the hot sun.

helpfuland friendly staff. answered any questions I had and gave me advice on different concentrates. it is a bit out of the way for me but planning on going back when I'm in the area again

WOW! The strains that are available at this dispensary are definitely very beautiful strains. They also have way more selection on single gram strains compared to the other dispensaries I have been to so far. I got a free gram of Bubba Kush for first time visit and it was awesome. I am going to be going in tomorrow to take advantage of the zombie bag special and I cant wait to try 4 different strains. I also am most likely going to purchase the buy 2 cartridges get one free to try out there different vape pen flavors!
