Different from all the others! The atmosphere from the lobby to the back of house is energetic. The display set up for the products is eye catching and makes it easy to see a hand full of items and strains and work with a bus tender without needing to walk about the store and move around other patients. The strains I got today are tangerine: the sale item, and Double Dream my new patient freebie. Both are excellent in looks, cure, smoke, taste, and the highs are wonderful. Not crazy potent over powering and lay me out strong, but for me being a fairly heavy medical user they both got me good and stoney off 3 hits. The highs both lasted about 2.5 hrs. I'm very happy with the service and product at Urban Green! EXCELLENT JOB STAFF! I will be back!

I ordered my stuff online. Showed up to pick it up after I was told it was ready and waited in line for 40 minutes before having to leave without my meds. And the crowd howls "Booooooooo"!

I was very disappointed today to check the special on here today then by the time I drive across town it's changed. myself and another patient told the manager that we just seen the special for the free eighth and he brushed us off as if we were lying. Both of us were sure it was there or I know myself I would not have drove that far. The meds ate great but I think this situation was handled very badly. The other person was a first time patient that probably won't return due to false advertisement. :-(

the website says they open at 8am . I understand we in a lock down but it doesnt say anything about the new hours . I been calling and no answers , plus the website is down . so if someone can put up the hours of new operation . that be great .

you guys screwed up an entire online order and made it a complete hassle to get my meds. I had to go thru ten steps, get help and you guys still screwed me out of what i wanted and pushed your stupid 3 for 60 1/8th deal. thoughtly displeased, doubt I'll ever come back. the quality of medication you guys even pushed on me SUCKED. no flavor! blah you guys suck.

I stay in Mesa but if Im ever in Phx O make sure I make a pit stop here. Love the deals!

I'm so mad I didn't pay attention when selecting my preroll tonight. I ended up with a "roll one" preroll. Every time I get their prerolls I'm highly disappointed. Smoked like hay after I rerolled it because it wouldn't hit, too tight/wet something. My first disappointment was a lemon haze, it was 7% and smoked like hay. I still like the UGH though.

VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY!!!!! I came in after searching through many dispensaries online. Get in and asked the little girl at the counter for the pre rolls I wanted to buy. She snapped and quickly said they only had 1. Gave me the thc % and then looked at me like she hated black people. I explained that online you had many of them and I want 3 or 4 packs. The manager was there and without being asked anything he asked the little girl was the testing showing online. She said yes he said ok I'll take it down. Absolutely NOTHING to do with what I needed in the specific moment. Ive been here many times and its always cool but today they are HORRIBLE!!!! Instead of them asking me if they could show me other prerolls they basically looked at me like oh well fuck you. I leave with nothing. I go back to speak to someone else and only the guy at the front helped me with care. Train your staff to treat everyone equally because I really dont know why I was treated this way. Im a patient and really just needed my meds. The little girl could have sold me anything else and I would have bought it. I hate to think she and the manager are racist as I was the only black person at the dispensary in that moment. I’m a medical card holder and I went in to make a purchase and they tripped out and said I couldn’t go in there it’s 3:09 4/24 check the cameras it’s totally weird and I don’t feel comfortable with all of those creeps mistreating me.

This location is in the heart of the most drug/crime infested area of Phoenix; it’s known as ‘The Blade’. To make matters worse, their customer service skills are terrible. They do not keep their products up to date through the leafly online tool, when I arrived, the budtender (manager) told me they “sold out”. When I complained to another manager, she told me they didn’t even carry the item that was being promoted on leafly. I won’t ever go back to this dispensary and I don’t recommend it.

Buy one get one free for first timers, got an ounce with my first purchase because I bought an ounce. Bomb flower. Cool staff they were very helpful and informative. Would recommend to friends

I want to start off by saying I've been coming to this location for a month straight now and I've NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Urban is always busy. But that has never stopped the staff from giving me the highest standard of customer service I've experienced at a dispensary in Arizona . Today was very disappointing.I came to the location around 1 pm inquiring about my allotment so I can determine what yo pull out of the bank . The woman at the front desk was rude and indifferent . I understand that she was busy and she looked stressed .That's still no excuse to be rude to a normally happy and easy customer. The final straw is whn she answered my question with a attitude like I was bothering her and then slammed my med card on the desk whn I had my hand out for it . I work in the customer service field and this is piss poor standards at best . I really like this location and I had decided to make it my home location until today . I hope yall talk to her about this review
