I love this dispensary. I have a compliment and one complaint, which really deals with the difference between dispensaries here and ones on the west coast. The staff here is amazing. Friendly and always helpful and have been just super supportive and incredible through the whole quarantine thing. And I am so grateful they are here. Now I am from Cali, and they always comment on my id. And let’s make this abundantly clear, dispensaries in Cali and here are completely different. I have walked out of almost every Cali dispensary with something FREE. THATS RIGHT FREE! a joint or a bowl or lighter or something. Always. Every time, especially first time patients. But establishing regular visits with a place and getting deals, coupons, etc. There is nothing like that here. Nothing. At any dispensary I have seen in mass. But a man at this store said they were similar to Cali and I just want it to be noted that they are not. Mass has such a long way to go. And prices are just waaaaaaayyyyy to high. I should be able to buy an 8th of shake or small buds for 15 or 20 bucks, and there should be several strains for lower prices. Etc. I know it’s because everything is regulated to a degree. And it will improve over time. But don’t lie to me. Your store is nothing like a Cali dispensary. It’s cool. Maybe you all will get there someday. But it’s not there yet. For the east coast though this place is as good as they get. I walked out a dispensary in San Diego on my birthday one year and they gave me 50 percent off my entire purchase and I got a free OUNCE of shake to make edibles. That’s no joke. I got 4 grams of shatter for 100 bucks. I mean one gram here is 100 with tax. It’s just not comparable.

First time here and LAST time here. The system you have set up is frustrating. Plus security is rude and talked smack as I walked away. Not cool

Very disappointing experience. A long wait with off-site parking and a shuttle. I understand the need to do something due to the demand, however they could have made an effort to let people know if they are out of something that was on their menu. They had a special on disposable pens but they were out of ALL of them by the time I reached the counter 90 minutes after I arrived at the car park. They could have had an updated menu where you check in at the car park and let people know in line if something is sold out. I didn’t feel like my time was valued at all. They didn’t seem to really care very much when I finally got to the counter and learned that they were out of what I specifically came for and waited 1 1/2 hrs to buy. Not even “Sorry about that.” It was just move people along and get that $. They wouldn’t/won’t survive for long with that attitude if/when there is competition. I won’t be back. How many other first timers have they turned off with their poor service and attitude. It seemed like they felt like they were doing people a favor rather than operating a business.

Visitor from California, and wow, this place is con artistry at its finest. In Cali, $60 eighths are reserved for current Cannabis Cup winning strains, here you're lucky if 60 bucks gets you a strain above 20% THC. Customers have to blindly decided what the want based off a paper menu, rather than actual getting to look or smell what they're getting before paying those asinine prices, since all the product is pre packaged items from corporations rather than local growers. One flower I received was grown and packaged three months before it was bought, which not surprisingly made the strain burn as quick as a wildfire. Finally, if the prices and blind selection process wasn't awful enough,then having to give your ID three different times before even selecting anything, is the cherry on top of easily the worst run dispensary I've ever seen, and this doesn't even speak to the previous incarnation of the store not allowing walk ins, making you park miles down the road to wait for a shuttle. I get that Mass is new at this, and can completely understand the crazy high tax(20%) as well as the long lines, but since its the only recreational place for miles, I pity the customers of this place who don't know how bad this place is compared to even below average spots Cali, Nevada, Colorado, or Michigan. Hope Mass gets an influx of competition soon, so customers like yourself don't have to be conned by places like this much longer.

Verilame is the worst dispensary. Pens are back. Thought that was your excuse to charge everyone $75 an eight. What's your next excuse, gas prices going up. Would love to see what your rating would be if you weren't allowed to take down all the 1 star reviews.

Verilife Wareham is absolutely amazing. Not ONLY is all there product on point. This is one of the most structured, knowledgeable , compassionate ECT. Staff that I've ever seen. Ive suffered severe anxiety for 20+ years and thc has saved my life. To feel so comfortable and know that the knowledge and there true concern to help is a great feeling. They all know me by first name and there all just amazing.😆 👍👍

Quality was good, but I've gotten better elsewhere. And the store and atmosphere were ok. But your price gouging cannot be tolerated. Add me to the chorus of those who won't be back, even when you come to your senses on pricing.

We call ahead to ensure that if we drove an hour to buy some edibles and we were told that it WOULD NOT be an issue. Turns out, instead of closing at 7, they shut down the parking lot at 2:30. I understand that there is a high demand at this point in time but if I call to make sure that I take 3 hours out of my life, it won’t be wasted. Thanks for nothing.

I am a license holder of medical marijuana In November I was given the $150 store credit with $50 off of my order, verilife is now recreational and now I am told I need to spend $100 in order to use my store credit, your site does not indicate this, and if it’s my rebate how do you now change how I use it? There’s kaos and confusion being open to recreational and for me it’s not worth it to return. Suggestion? Give recreational 2 days a week and the other days make medical the priority. Not satisfied and won’t return

Loved this place so much. But prices are ridiculous after the vape ban. Other places haven’t their raised prices.
