I love this dispensary. They always have amazing customer service and products. I have been going there basically since they opened the location and I would never go anywhere else. The facility is extremely clean, the staff is courteous and helpful. If you haven’t checked them out I highly recommend it.
I went in for my first visit after getting my medical card, and this store is so awesome! They make a point to meet with each client talk to them one to one and help them figure out what’s best for them.
I’ve been to a few Verilife locations and this one is my favorite. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable, not the “chow line” like I experienced with the other locations.
very professional and figured out exactly what I need for my panic/anxiety attacks. I also get minor seizures from time to time and I havent had one in such a long time. for first timers with anxiety I would recommend indica over sativa or a hybrid.
SOLD!!! The service is great and the workers are friendly. Never felt rushed or not attended to unlike the Romeoville location, which at times feels rushed and lacking in inventory.. Absolutely will be returning!!
There are two associates that work there that I find to be unkind, and have a serious lack of compassion compared to their other associates. I don’t know either of their names, but I can describe them: one is a very tall gentleman, youngish (late 20s?); The other is a young girl, (early 20s maybe) with blue hair. She took care of me yesterday 7/10. I have a very hard time speaking due to problems with my throat, and I also am hard of hearing. She not only seemed annoyed that she had to repeat herself, but annoyed that she had to speak up, And that I kept having to turn my head to listen. Having spent $570 I would certainly hope to have a wonderful experience. And I didn’t!
Every other single associate I’ve met there has been fabulous! I just love them all so much. If I could avoid these other two associates by any means, I surely well in the future.
great staff, they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. the staff actually takes the time to make sure you are truly taken care of. I have yet to have anything less than wonderful experience. I check the prices of dispensaries and this location is constantly betting prices of other stores. check it out, you wont be disappointed!
They are all so inviting and just want to make sure you’re taken care of! The lady that is the manger is the biggest sweetheart! Definitely glad I chose this dispensary! Recommend the G6 flower! Simply amazing
I just love everyone here. So knowledgeable. So helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place. Even tho the new recreational spot is much closer to home, I’m happy to drive the extra distance for the premium (medical) service. Kudos!
