I wish I could view prices before I go to the dispensary. Also, for people like me that need 200mg for edibles, a $20-$25 200mg (1:1) edible would be greatly appreciated!

Worst dispensary in Illinois...they are more concerned with their profits rather than their patients. Very rude and distasteful management.

If you are looking for compassionate pricing and friendly service, then this is not the place for you. This is a profits over patients busniess that could care less about their patients and the amount of suffering they endure on a daily basis. None of the staff knows their product. The management is impolite and unprofessional. This place will not last long.

Attitude check the blonde lady that checked me out. I do not appreciate her lecturing me about not wearing a mask when I do not have one and when half her co workers are not wearing one. She is rude and needs to check herself, maybe offer your patients as mask, like every other dispensary. Also you try to take precautions for this virus, yet you still have the employees take my medical card with them, touch it (without gloves), then hand it back to me. Also, put plastic barriers up as opposed to having us stand half way out the door and having the bud tenders nearly yell your order to you. bad experience all around.

The staff is uninformed and one older blonde lady is straight up rude. Regarding uninformed, my patient was seeking a tincture or oil that is uplifting. They recommended that he get RSO with 2:1 cbd to thc. It does NOTHING for him. They also push vape cartridges too hard. Their flower selection is weak.

Ok, what gives? Is this location shutting down and no one is telling us?!!? The staff is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and excellent at making suggestions that work! BUT, the dwindling supply has now become near non-existent the past 3 weeks. When comparing menus with other nearby dispensaries, Verilife had 3 cartridge varieties available compared to 72 cartridge varieties available. WHAT GIVES VERILIFE CORPORATE OFFICE??

I've been a regular patient for years. Woke with migraine so I reach for the trusty 5 pack cherry gorilla prerolls, break the seal, and find I'm shorted by 2..this sucks

Went in the other day and had to wait a long time even though there were three people behind the main desk laughing and ignoring me. Once I got to the dispensing area, I was rushed out. Won’t be coming back.

I LOVE the people at this dispensary. There are NO BETTER!!! But: as a medical only dispensary, how is their selection so terrible?!?! Absolutely ZERO additional flower in the past week? What gives? I’m so absolutely disappointed with the selection available. I know flower is scarce since recreational, but how are medical patients left with such poor selection? So disappointed.

Don’t like that they are going recreational. They need separate times or days that it’s medical only. Why should medical stand in line?

Everyone is knowledgeable, and the “newbies” always have an expert right there as they work and learn. Everyone is also friendly and not pushy at all (well, everyone but one isn’t pushy, but I don’t remember her name). Other reviewers have complained about the low inventory, and I agree. I thank God every day that this location is medical only, so the folks who own it really need to be more vigilant about keeping enough on hand. There’s actually a way to forecast demand based on past sales volumes, and it's pretty basic to running this type of business. I’d be surprised to learn that they don’t know how, so there could be something else causing the shortages. I’ll be sure to ask next time. In the meantime, I’m taking the opportunity to try new products that ARE available.

Great location and people but not enough of a selection. For 3 weeks there has been less and less things to buy. No concentrates at all and a handful of flower strains which are mainly cbd strains. Prices are higher than other dispensaries. Doesn’t seem like patients are a priority but making a profits seem to be what’s driving this location into the ground. Quality product is scarce which is too bad since they have their own growing facilities but choose to send good product to their other locations that are recreational which is going to tack on another 10-30 percent tax on top of the already Inflated prices. NG is where the deals are and will have the lions share of customers as verilife watches how a cannabis business should be run and stocked.

High prices and the service could be better.

This was my dispensary for 6 months. Was. Uneven customer service, sometimes good, other times unpleasant or computer/technical glitches at checkout. Only a few deals/specials each week. Pricey. Recently switched to EarthMed—better pricing, more specials, huge selection. Glad I switched.

My therapist suggested I choose this place as my home dispensary when doing the paperwork for my card, as he also has several other clients who come here, one all the way from Joliet, he said, because they're that freaking awesome. That said, the first time I came in, not knowing what to expect and hoping for this same awesomeness, it worried me to walk in and find that the place seemed to be packed with patients in the waiting area. But, see, here's why that worry was unnecessary -- as they verified my IDs and got me checked in up front, I got to plop my bum into a chair that was surprisingly not a wreck to my back, and while paging through their product menus at a cute little table, got a couple minutes to chat with a more regular patient, who, as if we were old buddies, gave me the quick version of how the entire process operates, from check-in to check-out. In under 5 minutes, Mike was at my side to officially welcome me, and then introduce me to John, who took me back into a private room where he first, fully educated me on their policies, refreshed my memory on some of the little technicalities in the law, and then asked me about my conditions, taking notes, in order to recommend and help me figure out which strains or combinations of products may best treat my conditions. I was just blown away by all the time and individual attention I was given, but it didn't end there -- they further hooked me up with first timer discounts and a rewards card! All of the products he recommended worked for me, some better than others, and some were less expensive, so I made note of those for the return visit. The next time I came in, I got here right at opening time, already knew what I wanted and had a list with me, so the young man working with me asked if he may just take my list and pull everything for me, and, well, sure! He was done in about 2 minutes, and I was back in my car on my way home in under 5. Everything about these people and this place is as accommodating as can be, and while I admit I don't have a basis for comparison where prices are concerned, I do feel like I'm getting my money's worth in the products I'm purchasing.

Why is there such a small variety lately? Flower/edibles? and a price increase to boot?

One of the best medical dispensaries around. I would recommend this to anyone. I drive 23 minutes to this place because the service and selection of product and flower is the best. Even better than some of the popular ones in Chicago.

Best medical dispensary In the suburbs. They have there stuff together and always does. Never had I had a problem with them. They are clean the staff are amazingly knowledgeable and extremely friendly and very welcoming. Many of the other dispensaries especially in st Charles is a train wreck. Verikilfe A. Heights is the best among all of them in the suburbs. Anyone wishing to drive the time will get 10 points every visit and 5 points for every check in so 25 points is $10 off and also disability discounts every purchase. Well worth the money 25 minute trip second visit I get $10 off on top of social security discounts THIS PLACE IS A 10 out of 10!!!!

Every time I walk in here, they make me feel like I am appreciated and welcome. I have felt isolated at other dispensaries and this one truly does a fantastic job of making you feel like you are comfortable and make sure that you get what you need. I have been to many other dispensaries, but this one is by far the most welcoming and has the most pleasing atmosphere. They are also handling the COVID-19 problem very well. As someone who is at a high risk, I feel no risk going in here.
